I cannot say enough about how I value Coastal Moving and Storage when it comes to doing my job as an interior designer. They are the first people I call when planning storage and installation for a project. My clients and I trust the care, organization and environment of the warehouse when storing items such as high end furniture, artwork and lighting. We appreciate the quick communication when checking on deliveries. At the job site, Coastals employees are professional and eager to please. They work efficiently and are willing to tackle things that may not be considered easy. Thank you, Coastal Moving and Storage, and we look forward to many more moves together. I hate to give them 3 stars because the guys that actually moved us did a fantastic job. James who packed my closet stole money that I had hidden and forgot about until I unpacked and the box the money was in was empty. James still works there so beware if he shows up to your house he is a nice guy that will steal from you. Please dont let him pack or move you. He stole about 150.00 most of it in change and a lot of it was sentimental 2 dollar bills and silver half dollars. BEWARE!!!

I moved about two weeks ago (in town) and Coastal helped me with this move. I had two of their guys with me from 8-4:30 that day. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone that a needed competent, courteous, strong movers. My furniture is very very heavy and the two gentlemen handled with ease. They were incredibly friendly and made every effort to place the furniture exactly where I wanted it. I would use them again in a heartbeat for another local move or cross country

Coastal Moving employees were careful, courteous and fast. We were doing a local move and were concerned mostly about keeping our furniture in good condition and Coastal did a great job of wrapping everything and handling with care. They came in and formulated a plan and worked together to make the move efficient and safe. Throughout the morning, they only took one short break between homes. Overall, I highly recommend this company for any kind of moving you need to do.

Best moving experience I could have imagined. The team at Coastal was respectful, honest, and incredibly considerate. Our furniture was stored for 6 months and was delivered just as it was stored, with no damage or problems. The movers took great care of our new house, inspected every piece that was stored, and placed them exactly where we wanted. I highly recommend Coastal Moving and Storage and would use them again without a doubt.

I got a quote from two places. Coastal Moving and Storage was by far the best quote. Not only did they have a better hourly rate they provided more movers to make the move go faster. Had to call Mayflower HQs to get an answer that Coastal Moving REFUSED to provide. It took nearly a full day for packers and loaders to take care of around 1k pounds of HHGs with NO appliances and nothing needing special or extra packing. If youre military and get "assigned" this company, I recommend you call your TMO office to request a different company.

The easiest move in my life. We used Coastal Moving and Storage to move our business. The movers were prompt and on time. They were efficient and pleasant. They took great care of our furniture. Nothing was damaged. They treated our things as they would their own. I give them my highest recommendation. Totally worth every penny!

Trying to get in touch with anyone on a Saturday is awful. I have been calling since 9am CST and no one answers their voicemails. I had to have Mayflower directly call. Even after Mayflower called I was told if any other questions is to contact Jay. Called a couple times and still no one answering.

I will never use this Company again or recommend it to anyone. The lady who coordinated did a poor job and lied to us. They would not give us the full refund for the claim and had to keep calling them to get some money back. If there is a negative star, thats what I would recommend for this Company
