After getting a commitment from Matt that he could have three guys with all equipment to help me unload the heavy stuff out of my 16 moving truck (which was 3/4 empty), I hired him and canceled the previous moving company that was scheduled for the next morning. Matts quote was a bit cheaper. He assured me that it would be a rough window of noon to 2 for my move. I had to call several times throughout the afternoon to find out the status of when the guys were coming. I honestly think that Matt overbooked the day because he was scrambling to find guys to do my move up until 3:45. I understand that things happen but he told me the prior day that there was only one move scheduled the next morning of a woman needing her truck unloaded into her storage unit and that I would be next in line yet when I called to get the status, all of a sudden it was not just that one move that had happened but another that involved a move from a 3 story condo bldg. When Matt said that hed call me back around 1:30 to give me an update on the delays, I was calling him instead because I hadnt heard anything. I think I made 4 calls to them just to find out how things were going. I was told at 3:45 that guys were leaving and would be arriving in 30 minutes. I picked up the phone again at 4:25 to find out where they were because they still had not arrived. Not three, as promised, but two guys finally showed up at around 4:30 in just their car and clipboard, nothing else. No dollies, no ropes, nothing. Thank God I had one from Penske. They finished around 5:30, an hour later. I was charged a $100 trip charge (which is excessive since the business was only 10 miles from my doorstep - gas is $2.35 a gallon and the average vehicle gets 18 miles to the gallon) and $125 for the labor. Matt didnt even call back to find out out how things were going after all of the delays. You think that he would have offered to cut me a discount since what he promised and what I got were not the same. I could have kept the moving team that I had for the next morning which included a team of guys with all equipment for $70 more, which I gladly would have paid. However, Matt gave me piece of mind when I hired him that my move was all set, to rest assured and not to worry about taking any more out of my truck since three guys would be able to handle it. Thank God I didnt listen to that and emptied out the truck to the extent that I did because the guys that came were basically unprepared for the move. Matt grabbed anyone that he could find to satisfy the job that he said that he could do for me the day earlier. I called these guys because they had a 5 star review online. However, this wasnt my experience. I paid $125 for two unprepared moving guys that were snatched at the last minute to work an hour at the end of the day with the equipment that I had provided for them. Totally unacceptable. Its not how you start but how you finish. And the most surprising part is that after all that happened with my situation, I didnt receive a call from the company at the end of it just to make sure that things were going ok. Not even a follow up call the next morning. A shout out to the guys that came though - they did good considering what they didnt have to work with.

I love this company! Im not saying the move was perfect because there are NO PERFECT MOVES. However, this company aims to please and they are quick to identify the problem and get it corrected to your satisfaction and that is more important than anything. We had a multiple location move and I thought the price was very good for what had to be done and for the distance involved. You definitely need to contact Two Men and a Truck for your next move.

Crew arrived on time and were very efficient. Crew chief Marcus was well-experienced and immediately put us at ease concerning our move. The crew handled our furniture with great care. Delivery at our new location in central Florida was timely and was also handled with care. They did a great job and we would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone needing a local or long-distance move.

The three men who came were friendly and efficient. After arriving on time, they quickly loaded the truck, drove to the storage site, and quickly unloaded. A minor mishap caused a box to fall, for which they apologized and then modified their procedure so it wouldnt happen again. The entire operation finished with time to spare. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely NOTHING positive to say. They changed "the start time 3x the day prior to the move. They couldnt do anything we were promised would be taken care of. In short, we are stuck now needing a mover and have to be out tomorrow. Will be contacting out atrocitiespromised would be handled, I.e., finish packing, move wallet dryer or ejecting.

I was very pleased with the work my two men did for me. They were fast, courteous and careful with the furniture. They moved the furniture into the new place and set it up where we asked. Everything went well and I had a good experience working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to move anything.

Moved an entire house into storage. A crew of 7 showed up with two trucks and a van. Got everything packed up, loaded and moved into storage units in only 5 hours! Took great care handling everything. Will definitely be my mover of choice when I move the items into our next home.
