**BEWARE** Spring Hill Moving Company (also known as Mr. Mover and Franklin Moving Company) has been the worst moving company that I have ever used. The movers were scheduled to show up at 11 A.M. and I get a call that they are running a little late at noon. Several hours go by and I finally decide to call the owner Jason Champion (Look him up on Facebook and you will see most of his positive reviews come from friends) but he does not answer. Finally at 7 PM I get a call from the mover, and they show up at 8 PM. NINE HOURS LATE. I keep calm because I know its not the employees fault, but rather the owner that over scheduled deliberately. After a 5 house loading and unloading, I noticed the movers broke the control panel to my Dryer. I point it out to the mover and he accepts responsibility. I talk to the owner, Jason Champion, that night and the next morning and he agrees to come look at the damage. He shows up an hour late, looks at the dryer and writes down the model number and says he will order the part the next day. Well, that was a over a month ago. Jason stopped returning my text messages and phone calls to both phones that he uses. I have read more reviews on multiple websites using all 3 of his fake company names, and they all say the same thing. Jason will not repair or replace items that he damages. He simply stops answering your calls or text messages. He is absolutely the worst "owner" that I have ever done business with. Also, look up the complaints on the Better Business Bureau for Mr. Mover. I believe he changed the name from Mr. Mover to Franklin Moving Company and Spring Hill Moving Company because of how many negative reviews were attached to Mr. Mover. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHAM COMPANY.

BEWARE! Had the WORST experience with Jason and his moving company. Scheduled 3 movers for 830am. I get a call at 9am that day that they are running a little late and will be there by 930am. At 1045am only 2 workers show up. I ask them where the 3rd person is and they say there are only 2 workers scheduled. I called Jason to ask why I dont have 3 movers. His response: "We are charging you at the 2 person rate, not for 3 movers." At this point I realize Im not talking to someone with much of a brain. I explained to him that I had my nanny at my house at 8am to watch my 4 children and waited around 2 hours and 45 minutes for his crew to arrive. And that I was paying for 3 movers to get it done quicker so I didnt have to pay for my nanny as long. It was a struggle for him to comprehend that. I then asked Jason why he didnt inform me when he called me at 9am that I was only going to have 2 movers instead of 3. And I also informed him they showed up way later than they were supposed to. After the move I noticed they broke the wood that connects my dresser to the mirror on top and placed it behind my dresser. I took a picture, sent it to Jason and he said he would order a replacement for me. That was 3 months ago. I sent him a text message and told him not to bother, I had made my own from extra wood I had laying around and that I would be leaving a review about my absolutely horrible experience. To top it all off, I had taken my wedding ring off and put it in my jewelry box because I had a C-section less than a week prior. After the move it was gone. Police report filed.

My experience really wasnt as pleasant as everyone elses. I found staff to be unprofessional and owner was rude when I called to make him aware of the discrepancies. My items werent moved in the time that was described in the consultation process. Definitely wont use this company again

James, Dustin and Dyllan did an amazing job! They were on time, very polite, padded all of our furniture and were very efficient. They were very careful and thorough. We will reccomend Spring Hill moving company to our friends.

These guys did an amazing job with our move. Craig and Ron were fantastic! They were on time, polite, worked hard and fast. Well definitely use these movers in Spring Hill next time we move.
