Reliable Door and Dock

Carmen the woman at the front desk is not only rude but was acting like I was bothering her at work. She did not tell me where my storage unit was or that she had to come remove a lock from the unit. I go all the way to the unit realizing a lock is on the unit. I then go back in the office and she gives me this Duh didnt you know that face with an attitude saying I was about to remove the lock that is what we do. Like what the hell type of service is this. Then she was not informative and her response to every question was I was on vacation. The other girl was so nice and much more helpful.

From the time I got out of the car...Carmelita greeted me with positive energy....She described the different options I could choose from in a very professional manner....Carmelita then went with me to my potential storage unit.....to help me decide what I wanted to do.....So far....I have nothing but great things to say.....I hope it continues..... The manager, Shar Robinson, was very helpful and professional in a time of trouble....I needed to cut my lock and get a new one put on.....Lola...was also very helpful during my moving process.....THANK YOU!!!

The place is great. Its the horrible manager they have working here named Carmen. I pay my bills on time. The bill adjusted by $5. Big deal. All she had to do was leave me a courteous message on my phone telling me this. Oh no she wanted to tell me she was going to refuse my monthly checks over $5. To many other people out here need jobs. Her attitude dont change this facility will begin to lose customers.

My wife and i went into the Harvey store on July 30th and were assisted by Carmen and Lola . They were very helpful and the service they provided was of the highest quality. The team work that they exibited was very good and the natural kindness and concern for the customer was genuine. We would recommend CubeSmart to a friend or family member based souly on the service we recieved on our visit.

Lifes transitions can be tenuous, trying and emotional. The CUBESMART facility in Harvey with manager Carmelita(Carmen) & Lola continue to provide the consistent service and valued support that have made a difficult season in my life just a bit easier. Florida and Lola who manage the location are extremely helpful! I rent from several locations for work and these two ladies make my life so much easier! They have gone out of their way to accommodate even when Ive had some special requests. I highly recommend this location!

Moving can be quite the hassle and without proper help the task can be even more daunting. However, Griselda and Lola are two excellent employees that have made my transition so much smoother. They were timely and not to mention friendly!
