NBA 2k17 lil jamaar jam

three people came out, one stayed in the truck" organizing furniture and boxes" waiting(remind you, Im on time frame). one taking boxes to second floor, and one taking boxes from second floor to truck, and of course, they moved slow, along with my two relatives helping, they still went over a hour and half. I only had three beds, armoire, two night stands and maybe 30 boxes, so not even a full house of furniture. one smelled like alcohol, and stated smith movers hire anyone, and they complained half the time. also, most importantly , a bag of my freezer food, was missing, maybe they threw it away?, however no instructions were given to do such. I wasnt going to write bad review, until I called to complain and he never even apologized, just said ok thanks for telling me, in a nonchalant, voice. I would not recommend smith brothers

I wish i could give them 0 stars the worst moving experience ever. I hired them for a two hour move from the city to western suburbs. I had two friends at the house ready to help with the move. The movers showed up with a 3 man team at 12 noon they looked over my stuff which was packed and ready to go and said NO we cant do this move. Their excuse was i should have called them early in the morning cause its gonna be a all day move. And they left. Crazy, stupid, i called customer svc which did nothing. DO NOT USE THIS UNPROFESSIONAL GHETTO HOOD SERVICE.

I wouldnt recommend them to move a family of roaches. The most unprofessional and most rude service after they were 2hrs late without calling. And 1 of them was drunk and cursing. I sent them about her way and called Infinity Movers. Infinity did a great job in 3hrs, even though Smith told me it would be a 6hr job. Dont even think about calling Smiths. They are the prime example of why people dont support black businesses. Ghetto Rude and Unprofessional.

Arrived late.One guy smelled of alcohol . They stretched the job out.After I paid them l noticed my containers of change quarters,dimes,nickels were empty. I didnt get a receipt went to their Company office on Halstead.Discovery they had changed the time on the receipt on how long the job took.And kept most of what I paid for themselves and didnt turn in to Company.If you hire this Company.WATCH THESE GUYS.MR Smith talks a good talk but thats it.

LOVE & LIGHT TAROT

Other than the crew being 6 hours late. DeWayne, Lamont and Doughboy were very quick, neat and accommodating. My couches were saran wrapped and every item was transported safely. Due to a previous client overriding my time window, I was given a generous discount. Terrance has better customer service than the older gentleman who was very short with me!

So far they were supposed to be here at 11am and its now 2:12!!! The gentleman on the phone gave no empathy and was dismissive saying "it happen in the moving business" they have offered a 5% discount off the services which is just ridiculous. Horrible customer service.
