Love Is

For starters, they were late. They wanted to lie about the time that they actually started. While moving my belongings from point A, they were moving at a good pace but they began to move slower as they approached the one hour mark. At the last minute, I was told that there would be a three percent fee for using my credit card on top of the five percent discount for having a three hour plus move. Then Terry told me that I would have to pay a three percent fee even if I didnt use a credit card and use cash instead. He was trying to be slick and charge me more. They damaged the corners of both of my couches, dropped my desktop computer and broke the pull out drawer on my desk. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terry came back with the owner to access the damage and he cursed me because I called him out for not being truthful about the damage to my property. In the meantime, the other guy was on the phone trying to assist a client over the phone while walking through my apartment. Thats poor customer service!! They were there to fix my issue not conducting other buiness.

I would not recommend them at all. I paid for 3 guys (which I had to reconfirm the morning of the move) but was sent 2 guys and a trainee who was clearly and annoyingly new to moving. It took them over three hours to move my one bedroom apartment via elevator (with me helping!). I called Ellis (the owner?) and he told me that he had to call last minute to get the third guy. Why should I be charged for 3 ppl when the 3rd person was more of a hindrance than a help? As if that wasnt enough, my sofa was damaged in the process. Ive tried working with Ellis but its clear that he has no interest in solving this problem. I will be filing a BBB complaint. Good luck with them. This was my worst move EVER!

The guys worked fast and I tipped them generously but when I got to my place I noticed my furniture was all scratched and knicked up, one of my lamps were broken beyond repair ... some of my things were covered in dirt because they thought itd be ok to sit my things in the grass in the yard ... u get what u pay for I guess... I chose them instead of the company I normally use because they were about $25 cheaper per hour but it was not worth it. Not recommending this company to anyone

Every time I move I use infinity movers. I always have a good experience and outcome. Its good to be able to call the same company because they have been in business for years and use them again and again. I have used these movers about 4 times in the last 9 years. They always provide customer service the owner Ellis Cowart and his employees. Ive had nothing but good to say about this company...thanks looking forward to calling again to be moved in my new purchased home :-)

I am very grateful to them as I do not know anyone as I was from out of town. We had made prior arrangements with our movers but they never showed up. We were waiting and finally we managed to get Infinity Movers to pick our stuff from storage to my daughters new apartment. Infinity Movers did us a great favor and completed the job within two hours. If it was not for them, I do not know what would have happened. Thank you.

My move with Infinity was great. They were very prompt, wraped my china cabinet and dining table with care - this is a family herloom. When my they arrived with my furniture everything was in tact. No broken or scratched pieces at all. My electronic items were all accounted for and working. They put the dining table and china cabinet back together like new. In the future should I need to relocate Im calling Infinity.

I (almost) never give 5-stars to anything, but Infinity Movers earned this one! The 2 guys they sent (Terry & Ramon) were obviously experienced. They were professional, well-organized and fast-- and fast really counts for something when youre paying by the hour. The service was worth the price. I will definitely use them again, and wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others.

Inexperienced people who didnt know or care about my things. Most all my furniture has nicks, scratches, and damage. Dont use them.
