So the last time I wrote a review was about a year ago. Ive used this storage for over that amount of time and today, I want to say, is the main reason I use this specific location. I came in today, August 5, about 4:30pm, and seen one of the employees was having a difficult time with finding a mans storage unit. Now mind you, shes being calm, courteous and very respectful. The man was rude, and inconsiderate. His whole attitude was un called for. He had not one but three different units around Illinois he needed to pay on. Getting nasty with her because she couldnt find them right away. Not her fault. He was giving all these different names and what not they may be under. Wish I would have gotten her name. I did tell her to hang in there, it was almost closing time. Another employee then came in and helped me with my payment. She had long braids and was very courteous. Im glad I stick to this storage place. Amazing, patient, friendly staff. Kudos to you girls for what u deal with. Sorry for those who dont appreciate customer service at its best.

I just want to say this review is for Anza and Jackie. I had an issue with my lock and could not open it for 15 minutes, and had this issue for awhile but too busy to complain, and finally I did, and they both were very professional and understanding, and I felt very good. I really appreciated the hard work of them both trying to open the lock and then they used 5 other locks to make sure my storage was safe. And thought looked weird I felt very safe and I knew that my sons bike and other special items would be just fine. they finally took it off. the manager was on vacation, but I did get the call that all was back to normal. and I just think they handled the situation with utmost courtesy and respect. Plus once a month a get a courtesy call to remind me to pay my bill. kudos guys!!!! Proud to be a customer of yours!!!! Just had to say thank you for treating me like a human and not like other places a number!!! Hope jackie and Anza get rewarded for their professionalism and great customer service!!!!

I came to this Public Storage today to get 3 to 5 boxes. I was greeted by a young woman named Jackie and a gentleman named Gregory they were so helpful in helping me get what I needed. I wound up actually needing 15 after the questioned they asked about what I had left to pack. I felt I needed to really share this because as I was picking and asking questions both Jackie and Gregory took the time with me to explain other items I may have needed. They were both so kind and patient. When they were finally cashing me out I asked how long have they been working for the company...Jackie said almost 14 years and Gregory said 2 months. Wow..... just wow. I manage and run my own business and good employees are hard to find now a days. They really made my day. Thank you very much. The customer service at this location was great and I would definitely recommend anyone to come here....... I really applaud the team work.

When my grandmother died, I found it very hard to get rid of her stuff. So I decided to get a storage unit. I called ahead of time and I spoke to a young lady named Jackie she answered all the questions I had about the prices of the units to the sizes. She spent a good 20 minutes on the phone with me until I decided to come in and take a look for myself. When I walked into the office, Jackie was busy helping another customer so yanique politely assisted me with everything I needed. Yanique gave me tours of the units from the smallest to the largest. She helped me decide the get the largest unit due to the variety of things my grandmother had. She also helped me purchase boxes for her most delicate items. Both Jackie and Yanique were amazing!! I couldnt have asked for better help!!!!!!

First time renting storage and did not know what to expect and was little worry about storing my stuff. I want to thank Ms.Jackie for amazing customer service and all her help with the whole process , she help me from the moment I walk in and explained to me very clearly everything and even help me to choose the right boxes and show me a few more units . I like this place. It is clean and well maintained by the staff. It was easy to work with the staff to find me a storage unit that was right for me. I made a reservation for a unit not realizing how big it was so they got one that was the perfect size. Thank you Ms. Jackie , was a great to work with you and Public Storage is very lucky to have you !

I will be moving out of town in a couple of months and need to temporarily store some stuff. I was referred by a friend who was a previous tenant at this location and spoke highly of her experience. I spoke to Jackie who was extremely friendly. Jackie was patient in answering all my questions. She described the facility, various unit sizes, pricing and what she thought was the best size after I described what I was storing. Jackie mentioned all moving materials (boxes, tape) and locks that are available for purchase. Which is great for one stop shopping. Im huge on customer service and just with that alone I was sold with Jackie. Thank you Jackie and Public storage.

Thanks to Public Storage and Darlenes excellent customer service my first experience with using a storage facility was a great one. I was able to make reservations and move my belongs into the unit the same day! Darlene was patient as she explained all the details. She made sure I understood the agreement I was making even walked me around the facility showing me the unit and how to gain access in the building. In addition to, all Darlenes help she informed me that Public Storage is HIRING! Im definitely going to apply! Any company that hire employees with great attitudes that provides great service is a team I would love to be a part of!!!

Im not sure if Im going to spell the sweet young ladies name right but I believe its yanique. I just recently moved and I had no more room for any of my items. I came into this storage office with a puzzled look on my face and yanique greeted me with a smile and answered every question I asked. I began to ask her how long shes been working there and she told me just a few short weeks. I was amazed by how knowledgeable she was. She was wonderful and her customer skills were impeccable!!!

Ive been using this Public Storage for our business needs for years now. Jackie has always been very friendly and cheerful when I have had the need to talk to her. I often see her around the units cleaning and keeping up with the cleanliness of the facility. I have recommended this location to many of my family members who, at one time or another have been in need of storage. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of storage space!
