Let me begin by stating that Elizabeth Hernandez makes up for every bad and negative experience Ive had with storage facilities in the past 15 years. She raises the bar when it comes to customer service and attention to detail. She is the most personable and conscientious person I have yet to meet and I am more than happy to give her a five star plus rating. She took care of my needs as a disabled person far beyond my expectations and I am truly grateful of her and what she contributes to the company. Because of Elizabeth and the cleanliness of this location, I am planning on consolidating my unit at public storage and also other extra space units I have to this particular location. Elizabeth and the store manager Anthony have proven to be valuable assets to the company and I commend them both for their work ethic, expertise and personality.

Extra Space met all of our needs for temporary storage. It is an excellent place to keep furniture and household goods during the sale of your home. While the house was on the market, this allowed us to show our property free of any unwanted clutter. Additionally, we felt most comfortable with Extra Spaces enhanced security features, cleanliness, and overall customer service experience. Anthony was sure to greet us at the door, give us a guided tour, and a thorough demonstration of all that Extra Space has to offer.

I spoke with Amelia Briones and Angie Kavalauskas and they were so helpful. Their personalities for working with the public is exemplary. The facility they work at on Harlem Ave is spotless and I felt very comfortable that my things would be kept safe and free of pests. The ladies walked me through the facility and was very through in showing me the beautiful facility. Im very pleased with this team and facility. I would highly recommend this storage over any other I have dealt with in the past.

These guys are awesome here!!! I was an idiot and didnt put my code in correctly in a Sunday, and went down to public storage to store my things. Even when id thought extra space was at fault, i still did not want to leave but had no choice. I recommend this place to anyone! Theyre so friendly and helpful! And the facility is nice and always clean! Anthony is highly recommended!!! Hes great, Elizabeth is also as well as up lifting in hard situations!!! STORE YOUR ITEMS HERE!!!

I love my storage facility located at 1301 South Harlem in Berwyn, IL. Angie Kavalauskas is the Store Manager and is always professional, kind and friendly. I have always found the location clean. I have been to other storage facilities that are nasty, unattended and overpriced. I have referred you company to others and hope that you continue to provide the customer services that you have!

I rented a space at this location on Sept 7th and i have to say the service i received was excellent. The assistant store manager Dez Medina was very professional, friendly and attentive. I havent had such a great service in years, most retail places lack customer service but he has great skills all around, the place is clean and brite. They took good care of me!

I came in early friday morning to rent out a storage unit and Dez welcomed me and my mother with a huge smile. This has honestly probably been the customer service experience that i’ve had in a while. he was so helpful. showed me 3 different units and made sure i was comfortable with the prices and made sure i had the right insurance too. will recommend!

I called three months ahead of the time I needed a space and Anthony was super helpful. He checked back in once it got closer to see if anything had changed and since it hadnt, he set up the reservation for me. He made the process so easy and figured out the size I needed based on what items I had since I had no idea what I was doing. Thank you Anthony!!

Such a scam. They raise the rent every month without fail, usually by $5-$10. Plus an exorbitant fee for mandatory "insurance" regardless of whats in the unit. We have a 10k insurance even though theres only $500 worth of stuff in there. But they know they have you so we fully expected it. Its just a scuzzy business practice.

Angie K. first set me up with my storage unit and got me the exact size that I needed just based on me telling her a general idea of my items. She really knows her stuff. Elizabeth since she took over the facility its been great! Keeps it very clean and very pleasant. I currently came in with my best friend to look for a stoarage place for her and her disposition to help us find the perfect unit was amazing. I definitely recommend this storage facility.

Staff was very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. They took their time and answered any questions I had. Facility is nice, clean, and smells fresh. Waaaay cheaper rates than Life Storage and Public Storage. Jenna and Angie were AWESOME!!! Glad I reserved my space here!!
