Melissa was the most patient and informed property manager I have ever worked with. I was under extreme duress due to a pending auction and she walked me through the payment process. We had computer issues, credit card issues and we spoke to several customer service reps. Each time Melissa was the representative with accurate answers and trouble shooting skills. Melissa was personable, professional and a great representation of how all propery managers should conduct themselves.

When I was searching for a storage unit ...i was in desperate need to find a place fast ! I have never used a storage locker before and Karen was so helpful ! I got a great deal on my locker it was clean and deffinatley worth the price!!! Karen was so sweet and kind and had all the information I was looking for!!! I can honestly say going in to pay my monthly fee is the only bill I dont hate paying Karen always has had a smile on her face !!!! SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!

I have used public storage before in bolingbrook, il and had a great experience. so, to my surprise this public storage location has been A TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!! if u are thinking about using them prepare to be NICKLE & DIME YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!! i personally just want my LOCK BROKEN 2 get my things and NEVER EVER DARKEN THEIR DOOR STEP!!! DO NOT STORE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Our company has been a customer for many years. I recently changed our unit over to another size and went to the facility to take care of the necessary arrangements. Karen was super helpful and very professional. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for storage space in the area. They are located very close to the 127th street exit on the Tri-State Tollway.

Though I didnt have to visit often aside of moving things in and out when I did visit Karen, Katie & Jonelle were always pleasant. Jonelle was the one to help me get the unit and explained everything I needed to know. This location was not convenient for me when I used it and wont be again but if I need another storage unit I will go out of my way to use this location.

rented the unit on Nov. 30th, about a half hour before the office was closing...Karen was an absolute pleasure to meet!!! great personality, sense of humor, easy to talk to, and very thorough in explaining everything, including showing us the unit so i could make sure that it was going to be large enough for our belongings... thank you again Karen :)

I had visited a few Public Storage locations, but I would say I have chosen a great location to store my belongings. I would definitely recommend this Alsip location and ask for Karen.

Reacie has vast knowledge of policy and procedures, she treat her customers with nothing but respect. She answer any and all questions you may have. Climate is controlled, yes, to stay below fifty degrees in the winter and above eighty degrees in the summer. Im not happy about the changes in the conditions i.e. climate, rent, call center not accessible, missing cart, broken lights. Please help me!
