Glenn at the Life Storage in Mokena provided tremendous customer support throughout the entire rental process. He showed me a 10 x 30 ft unit as soon as I arrived on site, walked me through each phase of the rental contract and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He also explained to me about the insurance requirement. The unit was clean, well-lit, dry and very secure. The entrance road was wide enough for a large PODS truck to drop off two of my PODS units in front of my storage unit, so that my family could easily and quickly unload my household goods from the PODS units to my new Life Storage unit. It was exactly what we needed, and it was a very positive experience in our move from sunny California to snowy, cold Chicago.

Good, secure location to meet all your storage needs. Unit offerings in various sizes and options (i.e. indoor, climate control, drive-up, etc). Employee(s) are always present and keep regular office hours. Prices have increased three times since first renting nearly two-years ago; however the prices remain average and comparable to other options in the area. Only two complaints are: 1) A lack of trash disposal option on-site (every storage unit Ive rented in the past had a large trash receptacle available for renters to use when cleaning out their lockers); and 2.) An employee keeps placing stickers on all the locks in the facility - super annoying and impossible to remove.

I have never been so impressed with a storage facility as I was with LifeStorage of Mokena. After calling several facilities I was given clear, concise information over the phone about my options. I made a reservation and when my wife and I came in, we were very impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The location is clean, well kept, secure, and convenient. We chose this location even though there was another facility that was a bit more accessible. We are currently using another storage company and we will be moving our items from that facility to the LifeStorage facility within the next few days. I highly recommend LifeStorage of Mokena.

When I decided to reserve a space, Markila was extremely helpful in getting me what I needed. She was knowledgeable and extremely friendly, which was very much appreciated. The grounds are clean and safe, and I am very, very happy that I went with LifeStorage of Mokena!

We are current renters of a unit at LifeStorage and can confidently recommend LifeStorage to anyone looking for clean, safe, affordable storage space. The rental process is easy, the units are clean, and the hours are perfect. We drove by LifeStorage many times, thinking it would be out of our price range because, frankly, it looks too nice to be reasonably priced. However, it is very reasonably priced and we are very glad we decided to check it out.

The manager was extremely helpful with getting me set up with a unit. I wasnt sure exactly what I needed and he helped me determine what was appropriate for my belongings. He was right! I received an affordable unit and the fact that it is month to month helps tremendously as I hope to settle into a new place soon. The units are clean and carts are always available. The halls are very well lit. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

Very accommodating staff! We needed to move our new RV from its current back-in spot to a pull through. Tammy in the office was very helpful with letting us know the available spots and once we decided the new location, easily helped us with the transfer paperwork. The office area is always clean and well kept. We like the fact that there is a gate with code needed to enter the property. Property grounds are well maintained.

I had my credit card information stolen, so the card was cancelled and I had to wait to get a replacement card from my bank. They charged my account with a late fee and would not waive it. Seems needlessly ridiculous and uncaring. I am a small business owner and hate working with businesses that have this type of customer service. Very disappointed in the company and management.

This place is spotless, secure and very affordable. The friendly knowledgable staff took the time to explain the different options that would suit my situation the best. I would highly recommend this business. I was shopping for the right sized packing material and they had everything I needed. I would trust my belongings were safe in this storage facility.

From the phone call to reserve the unit to the confirmation in the office and the condition of the storage unit, everything has been pleasant. Very clean, secure, carts are always available for use for moving in/out at the Mokena location. Pricing was competitive with other local storage facilities.
