Ive been to this unit before and theyve always been good. Ebony was the person that helped me today. I had to wait about 30 minutes because she was helping somebody else. She was by herself and I understand why, its Saturday, which is more than likely a slow day. But what I did not like or did not understand, was right there at the desk she told me I needed to do a review on her and proceeded to tell me how to go to the review through my phone. So I asked her if Im supposed to do the review away, she told me, "Yes, Public Storage wants the employees to have the customers do reviews right away if they feel they served the customer well." Now, I dont know if she was just telling me that so Id do a good review on her or if its true that Public Storage is encouraging the employees to tell the customers to do that, but quite frankly, the girl was just doing her job. She was nice and helpful, so nothing against her, but I already knew what kind of storage unit I needed/wanted. Wasnt a complicated process. So with that being said, Public Storage, if you want to know how things are going over there, maybe the president, CEO, corporate or the owners should go down there and see for themselves. Anyway, thank you very much, Ebony. You did a good job, but I gave 4 stars because I didnt like the fact that I was told I had to do a review right away, but thats not your fault. You were just doing what you were told to do by your employer.

I have been a customer of this facility for several years. During that time, the property manager, Cheryl, has been a pleasure to deal with. If I am late paying my rental fee, she, always, leaves a friendly reminder for me. She will, instinctly, call to check on me to make sure everything is okay, when that happens. She has, always, assured me that she understands that my personal belongs in storage are important to me, no matter how long they have been in storage. The property is always clean and managed well. Even though I have had 2 units for several years, none of my items have been damaged by weather conditions such as rain and snow. I do plan to purchase a new home next year and am so glad that my personal belongings have been in a secured place like this property, under the management of Cheryl. If your personal belongings are important, to you, I, highly, recommend this property, to you!

Ive been coming to this location for over a year and I normally dont take the time out to do reviews but today I chose to give credit where credit is do. Theres an employee at this location named Cheryl she has excellent customer service. Shes always willing to go that extra mile to make sure all of your needs are met and youre well taken care of. If good customer service is your deciding factor go see Cheryl you wont be disappointed!

Love this store. The staff is always very helpful. the workers here are great. They always are willing to go above and beyond to help out the customer. I have called with questions about my unit and they are very polite when explaining things to me. I past several storage places to get to the best one here in Markham. I will definitely keep telling people about the store.

I was put in a situation where as I needed a storage place so I contacted public storage in Markham and a rep name Cheryl helped me with all my needs from prices, boxes, locks and information needed to rent the space. I was pleased by the knowledge the rep had about the facility. if I ever need storage space again in the future, Yes I will use Public Storage.

This Public Storage location is the best location to store your things. I was there for 1yr than again for 2yrs a year later. Storage spaces are clean.
