This was my first time using a storage unit since 1992. I chose this Public Storage just because it is very close to where I live. I am VERY happy that I did, because the service that I received was excellent. I reserved a unit online, and the next day Shaima called me to set up a time for me to come in and set it all up. She explained the hours that the office was open and also when I would be able to access my storage unit and they were very reasonable. That day in person she was just as pleasant and courteous, explained everything in detail very well and answered all my questions. The unit I chose is clean and dry and very conveniently located on the first floor which is what I asked for and needed. Shaima was extremely nice and helpful, and I feel very comfortable that this storage place is trustworthy and secure, as well as clean and easy to access. I highly recommend this Public Storage company, and especially Shaima!

This location is fairy priced and conveniently located. You will need to watch the management team for unscrupulous behavior. Theyll ask you to come in early to fill out paperwork. My reservation was for two weeks out. I came in and they attempted to bill and start my rental immediately. This was purposeful and not an accident. They also hand you a lock to use and then add it to your bill not mentioning you can use your own locks. Also watch out on the insurance up-sell. Its not that other places wont try to up sell other products and services, the management here is purposefully shady and deceptive. As long as you dont trust them and question everything they say youll be OK.

This is the best storage facility Ive ever used. It is clean and bright inside. Hana is extremely helpful and even calls to check to see if she can help in any way. Because Hana is so kind, my four year old loves her which makes it easy to bring him to storage whenever I need to. The bathrooms are clean and inviting. The hours are great. I havent found anything wrong with this storage facility.

My wife and I have rented with public storage for a few months now and I must say rene is one of the most nicest people i have ever met. He was able to answer all of our questions and you can really tell he cares about us. Every time we visit our space and sees us he comes out to greet us and asks us if we need a cart. I have rented a storage unit for 2 years at this location and have always found the facility clean, environmentally controlled, and staffed. I asked to change to a smaller unit since my needs have changed and found Jordan to be extremely helpful explaining all the options and showing me my choices. The whole thing was handled quickly and easily and to my full satisfaction.

Generally OK. Ive been a renter there since 2009. Past mangers were seldom around but the most recent manger, Hana has been great. Very helpful and enthusiastic. she noticed that I accidentally left the locker unlocked and called me immediately. The place havent been kept up very well and I noticed that recently, they have been starting to clean up bird droppings, etc.

This public storage location is fast, polite, and helpful. Ive been a customer of theirs for three years without any problems, and theyve also been accommodating about moving out of my unit. A+ would store again.(When I looked in my unit for the first time in 3 years everything was exactly as Id left it, no damage from dust or water and only a couple of spiders.)

Walked into this location because I was contemplating on vacating my unit at another location. The girl who worked there was very friendly and I believe her name was joslyn. She actually was able to show me some other spaces she had and I decided instead of clearing out that I would just downsize. Overall I left feeling satisfied. Great customer service

I came into public storage looking to rent a small unit. I was greeted with a happy employee by the name of joslyn. I didnt know much and she was very helpful to me and took her time explaining the difference between the units! What a great experience and I will be coming back to do more business!

I went into the Evanston location because I plan to move in January and the girl named Joslyn in the office was extremely helpful and kind. She let me view multiple spaces and was patient when it came to my multiple questions. I will definitely be back to rent with her the service was wonderful.

Hana is great! She is very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. The only complaint I have is with the lock I was sold. it was around $20. You can get the same lock at uHaul for $10. Other than that, my experience at Public storage was very good. My things were kept dry and secure.

I went in today and wanted to see a parking space for my cars and the manager was very helpful with showing me spaces but they were all inside units. In the end I was reffered to another location that had parking spaces available I will be going to to view later on this week. Thanks Jocelyn
