Big Puppy

I stopped in to Uncle Bobs to get pricing in the fall, but didnt actually decide to rent there until December, when I booked a unit with Roberta and moved my items in the next week. I was a very picky client, and asked for multiple bids on multiple size units. Roberta wasnt upset at all, even when I didnt want to commit to a start date, and repeatedly assured me that the facility was there to meet my needs when I made a decision. Now that Ive rented a unit, its been great--with easy access, large carts, and the best thing for a Chicago winter: indoor access. This facility is brand new--kept very clean--and it has made my decluttering process for my large family much easier! I did get multiple quotes from other facilities in Glenview, Northbrook and Wilmette, but all of these locations had outdoor parking. It is so wonderful to be able to drive into a well-lighted facility, unload my van, drop items off and drive back out! Thank you Roberta for making this experience so easy!

I found myself in need of a storage facility and a friend of mine mentioned that an Uncle Bobs had just opened up in Northfield, which was perfect as Im in Glenview and moving to Wilmette. Compared to the last facility I rented from 2 years ago, Uncle Bobs is head and shoulders more spacious and cleaner. Its immaculate. And the pricing is great. I highly recommend. Marty Lyon

Victor is great and very clearly explains the move-in procedure and terms of the contract. Very nice of him to provide a tour of the facility two weeks before I planned to move my stuff into storage. The facility is brand new, in great condition, is temperature controlled, and in a very convenient location, just off the highway.

The Northfield facility feels brand new with a friendly and helpful store manager (thanks Roberta!), spotlessly clean and secure facility, temperature controlled with drive-in/covered loading and unloading. Ample carts to use. Plus throwback 70s muzak piped in at all times. What more could you ask for? Highly recommended.

This is a great storage facility. You drive in covered parking to load and unload. Clean as a whistle. But the best part is the manager, Roberta. So knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and helpful.you wont find a better storage facility or service anywhere.

Uncle Bobs Northfield has been great facility. Have accommodated downsizing from a 10 x 30 to a 10 x 10 to a 5 x 14 lockers. Always clean and a trolley is always available.
