I have been renting a storage locker at a different business for the past few months, but have been increasingly dissatisfied as I have already had to move from one unit to another after rain leaked in a soaked some of my belongings. I decided enough was enough when a recent visit turned into a bigger challenge as the elevator wasnt working and my unit is, of course, on the second floor. Needless to say, I was thrilled when Metro Self Storage opened up near my home, and after stopping in and seeing the facility, my decision was easy. Patrick, the local manager was extremely helpful in helping me decide what size unit would best fit my needs, and he made the whole process a breeze! I have no more broken elevators to deal with as it is all ground-level storage, my unit is clean and well lit, and there were no rain drops sneaking in.... I have already moved almost everything out of my old unit at a different company (fortunately the elevator was working - at least for today) I was able to easily park near my new locker at Metro Self Storage, unload and move right in!

My wife and i have always found Metro Self Storage personnel to be courteous, professional and friendly. They have done their best to always accommodate any request from us. They always explain topics and/or answer questions in a very complete, thoughtful manner. We never feel that they are rushing us or are too busy to help.They have always tried to help us make the most cost effective choices. I would highly recommend they for any package, moving and storage needs.

Just went in to make a payment and look at my locker. The staff is beyond Accommodating and so helpful. I thought I might be able to Downsize my locker but after lookiing at 2 smaller units and then my current unit...I realized there was not a chance. I am so happy to see that after a year this site is immaculately maintained and my rate is so affordable!!

This is the best storage facility Ive ever used. Debbie was extremely and helpful the place is immaculate!!! My movers were able to quickly load my things into the unit before the paper work was finished, saving me both time and money!! I would highly recommend this facility.
