First rate. My first time renting and I was very impressed with the facility. Office area was organized and clean. The storage area was clean, halls were uncluttered and well lit. Plenty of parking and Erica was waiting for me with a smile. She explained the rental policies and procedures clearly. Explained that insurance had to be purchased and why. She guided me to my reserved locker, and showed me how to open and closed the unit and then waited patiently while I repeated the process. In all, she was efficient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and gave me some good advice (lost keys, closest entry way to my unit, etc.). I was very impressed with her and could see she had great customer service training. One of the reasons I chose this facility is because it is near my home so I could walk to it if necessary and now the staff. The whole process was completed within an hour. I left with all my copies of signed documents and good feelings. Thank you Erica for making my day.

I have been a customer here for a little under two years. The staff has always been more then helpful. Erica (manager) is one of the few workers today that brings her great attitude and smile to work. Although prices have increased substantially over the past year and a half (about 40%), which had me considering moving to another storage facility, Ericas great attitude has changed my mind for the time being. As for the facility, it is in a pretty busy location and security does not appear to be a issue. I always feel safe when going to my storage unit. Update 3/1/2016: Unfortunately, another price increase (without notice) has forced me to reconsider my space here. Will be looking for a new storage space this spring.

I would like to commend Diane, who has been an outstanding employee and a great representative of Public Storage. She has been helpful processing my monthly payments not only in person which I do, but also reminding me of time due. she has helped me procure storage lockers in close proximity of each other, which I have three, also has called me to inform of important events such as the roof collapse this past winter. I arrived the same day as I was informed. this saved a great of time as I was able to check my belongings immediately. she is a very dedicated worker who not only provides the renter with confidence of the facility, she also is very personable individual who makes you feel at home at Public storage.

I have used several storage facilities of different companies over the years. I have been a Public Storage customer since 2002 at various locations. This is my favorite of all the Public Storage locations I have used. The staff is courteous, efficient, and very helpful, especially Erica and Diane. I also like the extended access hours of this facility as well as how clean and neat the premises are kept. Although this facility is part of a national chain, the staff here makes me feel more like Im dealing with a local neighborhood business that knows me.

About 2 weeks ago I went into the facility at 5 minutes til 5 on Sunday. I had a bucketload of things to do: I was renting on behalf my sister, it had to go through a power of attorney, and there were complications with my account. Jackie could not have been more professional and quieting. She knew exactly what to do with the POA, she sorted out the complications with my account in about 5 minutes, and there was no trace in her demeanor that it was 5 minutes before she would get off from a presumably longer day. Jackie rocks! Please give her a raise. :)

Public Storage is a client driven company, that means customer service is of utmost importance. Recently, I needed to obtain an item from the locker I rent and while there I paid the rent due, rather than on line. The young woman, Erica, was professional, friendly and provided answers to questions with a smile and a genuine demeanor to be of assistance. Erica would be an excellent Customer Service training instructor. If I could change anything about this storage facility it would be the hours. Perhaps, 7am to 11p.

My overall experience with this storage facility located in Lincoln Av. has been very good so far. I just rented a space there a couple of weeks ago so I cant make a long-term review but my son has stored his belongings there for one year with absolutely no issues. Erica and Casey were super nice explaining all the details of the (rather lengthy) contract. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. The place looks clean and well maintained and everything seems to be in good working order.

I currently own a unit here, that was broken into and demolished along with 34 other units just these past 4 months. The Lincolnwood police department informed about the over 35 break-ins within the few month. I spoke to john the district manager of p.s. who was very unhelpful. The Lincolnwood police department is in the process of getting a subpoena for their video surveillance tapes, because public storage doesnt want to cooperate. Big cover up cover, many belive its an inside job.

I stopped by this location to pay my mothers storage bill. And I noticed Tiffany was deal with such a rude customer whom storage rent increased. She remained calm and tried her best to assist the guy. But he told her she was no help at all and wanted the number to customer service. I felt bad for her because she was doing your job and that guy wanted things his way. But when Tiffany helped me out she was so sweet and kind like nothing ever happened. Now thats good customer service.

Erica and Thu were extremely helpful when I first visited their facility as I was shopping around for my storage needs. On my check-in day, I was running extremely late, but Thu began processing my paperwork over the phone so that they could accommodate me before their closing time. When I checked out, Erica and Fred were professional, personable, and they treated me like a valued customer. The facility was clean, well-lit, and secure, but the staff deserves the five-star rating.

This Public Storage location was exactly what we needed. It was very clean, well run and most importantly we felt safe in the storage area when not many people were around. Of particular note, very personable Diana at the front desk was a delight to talk with. In addition she clearly and patiently explained everything we needed to know and made purchasing the unit and then closing it out very easy and hassle free. So glad this was the location we chose.

Worse experience ever. The associates are rude and they come up with fees that dont make any sense. They will tell you its 30 or 40 $ at the beginning but then they will keep adding fees you end up paying 70 or 80 bucks for 5×5 storage. Associates not there all the time so you will have to wait 20 or 30 minutes if you have a question. And they are really rude they need to learn some customer service. Never never again!

100 I was at this location and opened my Public storage account this past August 14. The representative that helped me name is Erica. she is so awesome. She has excellent customer service skills. it was my first time using your service. Her knowledge and helpfulness made me very comfortable with doing business with your store. and did I mention she is very professional. what an asset to your company. Erica Rocks!
