I got in an accident last December and the front end was really messed up, something that any body shop could fix. After 1 month of driving it after it was fixed I have found 3 problems with it. 1. When the put on the new front end the forgot to put in the clip where the hood kickstand goes, not a big deal, but very frustrating. 2. The rear brake light hasnt been working for God knows how long, until my friend told me it wasnt going off when I was braking. Once again, not a big thing but very annoying that such a small problem wasnt dealt with 3. This one was big. Three days ago I was driving into Lake Orion. For some reason the heater was blowing cold air, and the engine temperature was on medium, so I knew something was up. I was driving for about 10 miles when I saw that my engine temperature was all the way up on hot. I pulled over and saw there was steam coming out of my engine, it was -13 outside with a wind chill of -35, so it might have been just hot air. I did not want to be stranded in downtown Lake Orion in this weather. I popped the trunk and sure enough, the coolant line to the overflow on the radiator was popped off and it was spraying antifreeze/coolant everywhere. I then had to take my car to Autozone where they helped me put it back on they gave me a jug of 50/50 on the house. This was not worth the $3500 dollars. By the way, that was WITH auto insurance. When I called them up and told them about what happened to my car they just got done repairing, they told me those incidents were in no way related to them. What I told them was that they should have checked everything about my car after the repair, which they didnt. Worst customer service experience Ive had in a long.

This place is horrid. I absolutely hated my experience. The customer service is terrible. I needed insurance work done and all I did was go to get an estimate and he just kept telling me to "sit down & Ill be there in a minute" while a cigarette was hanging from his mouth not even giving me the respect of any eye contact as he dismissed me. Plus they are ridiculously expensive. Insurance money or not, Im not giving it to a prick. I went to Auto Collision Solutions where they are WAY more friendly & extremely helpful. They have better pricing as well. I was so pleased with the service and work done. I highly recommend Auto Collision Solutions!

Recently sent there by my insurance. Place is not much to look at but the repair was very professional, the communication excellent, and the result was superb. A nice touch was that the car was detailed before return - absolutely unexpected. 100% recommended

Had 2 accidents on the same day in the same vehicle (one front and one rear). Worked with Dunlap and my Insurance, and everything processed without issue. Car was repaired and returned as promised. No issues at all.
