Its amazing how unsat and selfish an organization can be. During the snow storm of Jan 2014, my elderly parents were stuck in a ditch and some good Samaritans arrived to render assistance, shortly thereafter a clarkston autobody wrecker drove up. Attempted to intimidate the good citizens in an effort to pad their pockets. As if this one moment of citizen helping was ripping money and food from their table because they couldnt extort money from an elderly couple. The citizens kept assisting while the wrecker driver just took pictures of license plates (another attempt at intimidation, the wrecker driver related that it was against MI traffic laws for anyone other than licensed wrecker services to assist stranded motorists, which is a lie). So clarkston autobody good job on showing your concern for the citizens of your community...Im sure your business wont be affected but maybe someone will read this in your organization and correct it. I dont care if you happen to do the best bodywork in the industry, customer and future customer service should matter....I wish I could give negative stars.

We have some bad luck with cars (hail damage, getting rear-ended, etc) and started using them a few years ago. They have always taken great care of us and have gone above and beyond. Very honest and the repair jobs are impossible to tell compared to when the cars were new. Best of all they dont use the cheap aftermarket junk parts like Ive seen in the past. Highly recommend these guys!

Going to clarkston auto body was an awesome experience. After my car was hit by a deer, they came to the rescue. They estimated the damage, gave me a personal call, answered questions, and let me keep car at the business, till I could get it moved. Definitely I would go back there. Thanks again.

Great service, and if you have State Farm insurance, no need to wait around for adjusters to check out your car. They are approved to handle the claim themselves. Had some bad hail damage and dropped off the truck. Picked it up on the promised completion date, and it was back looking like new.
