1. I cant even believe lexus of Southfield suggested this place to me. Very unprofessional people as soon as you walk in. 2. When Im trying to point out something on my lexus and the estimater is incompetent not even looking at it completely, I shouldve known not to bring it here. 3. They scratched the living hell out of the quarter panel on the lexus trying to either take the bumper on or off. Im telling you guys right now my jaw dropped when I saw the job they did . I leave accurate reviews for every experience I go through so that people dont make my mistake. TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!! ****** for readers sake the car was a 2015 f-sport lexus that was flawless before It was rear ended by someone only requiring a new bumper. I wouldnt have brought my car here if lexus didnt suggest it.

Very friendly employees and were conscious and considerate about costs for the repairs on my vehicle. They got a price match on new parts at a used part rate, and ordered them in advance of my car being on site. The work performed was professional and prompt. When I got my car back, they had washed and detailed the interior and exterior! They kept me informed during the repairs and followed up after I was driving again. I had other repair work done by a dealership, and the service provided by Autometric was magnitudes better. Highly recommended!

Went in for an estimate on some repair work after someone sideswiped me. I received a written estimate totaling over $1000 in damages. I continued to search around. I went to the dealership and was told my damages were only surface marks that had not penetrated the paint and could be repaired in 20 minutes and for free! The repair was made on spot and there were no longer any signs I was in an accident. Not sure why Service King gave me such a high estimate. Glad I shopped around.

Took in my mini cooper to be repaired after it was hit on the rear drivers side - my car looks fantastic, I am so very happy with it, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When I got my car back, they had washed and detailed the interior and exterior. I would definitely recommend going here for any repair work. I had a collision claim through Allstate and was sent to the Southfield location instead of Livonia by the call center. Despite being at the wrong location Debbie made sure my claim was documented and arranged for my car to be flat loaded to the proper location. Above and beyond service.

They are an excellent body shop. Great customer service. Last winter hit a patch of ice and slid into a tree. The impact knocked down the tree and crushed the front end of my truck. Autometrics did an a stellar job. Made it look better than before.
