I took my car in to get the fender repaired. Tim gave me the quote and told me that my car would be fixed in a day. After calling to inquire about the status of my car I was told that more work would need to be done to it and they would need my car overnight. A week later I finally recieved my car. The day after receiving my car (a Tuesday) I had to return it because they had chipped the side panel while fixing the fender. I showed Tim the chip and he told me I could bring the car back on Thursday and they could fix it. On Wednesday I called to confirm Thursdays fix but found out Tim hadnt scheduled me and that they couldnt schedule me until Tim got back from vacation next week! So on Thursday I went in and talked to the manager who told me to come in Friday and they would fix the mistake; I had my car back Friday night. Overall the process took way too long and was very frustrating. The reason for 2 stars is because they did a good job cleaning the inside and outside of my car after fixing the fender.

Stopped in for a estimate at 8:AM Thur, four or five guys standing around behind the counter, was greeted sharply by a women "what do you need !" I replied an estimate, "do you have an appointment". she replied. I didnt know it was required, she replied "we dont have time to do that now, make an appointment and come back". My thoughts, customers are not important to Gerber staff. Wont be back.

This place was outstanding. I was referred by aaa even though I was not going to claim the repair on my insurance. I was really worried about what there cost was going to be since my insurance company referred me to them. There price was very reasonable, the service was outstanding and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!! Thanks again Gerber
