Like a lot of people I got the "free oil change for life" deal when I bought my Envoy here. But trying to actually get an oil change done has not been easy. There is often a wait of several hours if you just walk in, and appointments usually dont happen on time. The last time I visited to get my free oil change I was told it would take 3-4 hours before they could get me in. Today I had a 2pm appointment, but my car wasnt taken to the bay until 3pm and wasnt finished until 4pm. Remember that this is a simple oil change, just oil and filter with no other work. They seem to put the free oil changes at the end of the list.

I am very happy with this collision shop. I first went to Gerber collision thinking they were a good pick because of everything I have heard about them. They quoted me a very expensive price that I know was above and beyond what was needed to repair my car. I stoped by auburn collision telling them the situation I was in. They gave me a quote that was half of what Gerber quoted me. I recived my car today and I am very happy with the work. Also the price was lower than the quote. Im happy with the customer service too and would highly recommend it to a friend or family member

I cant speak for the quality of their work, but I can speak for their customer service. I was disconnected the first time I called after I asked a simple question. Called back a few minutes later and it was clear that I was considered an inconvenience and was put on hold in mid sentence. Clearly they couldnt be bothered and the receptionists people skills were severely lacking. I dont need rude. I took my business elsewhere.

Auburn Collision has some of the best service I have came across in terms of collision centers. Theyre very informative, knowledgable, and punctual. I have taken 2 cars in to their shop and both have came out looking better than new. Gary has been super helpful with both cars and always made sure I got what I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
