Trying to find someone to do my roof was easier said then done. Then I was referred to roof one thru a family friend and thought I finally found a great company I could also refer to other people. It started with getting a quality free estimate filled with lots of info and options. I thought it was great as I wanted the roof and gutters. Got a few free pieces of wood thrown in free and was told if there was a major issue they would let me know. The guy that came out also told me I could pay him after the job was completed and he would be by the inspect the job. Feels great right? Well two weeks later the materials are in and in two days Im on my way home from work to what was a completed roof. First off I work and instead of gas compressors they have electric so I had to come home at lunch to get their cords back (this isnt a big deal to me). But then the roofer said I needed to pay him right there even after I explained how the original guy said I could pay him(again this was disappointing) then to make matters worse they "threw in" 5 sheets but told me I owed for 28 more!!! Where was the call to explain the issue. Now the price shoots up. Also they tried collecting for the gutters even though they werent done yet. After not paying for that portion they replaced them the next day but didnt even pull the old hardware off the house. I got a call about payment and told them I wanted to speak to the guy that came out but he was at a conference. Not sure how long the conference normally is but I still have not heard from him after s few weeks. At this point I would say you may as well go with the higher quote and stay away from them as the price creeped up another 2000 after install. Hopefully the conference ends soon so we can see what they have to say about this. Like I said seemed great at first but once they had the contract it was like dealing with a completely different company. If I could give 0 stars I would at this point.

Roof One does roofs 24/7 for a living and yet nobody (not even the salesman) had the foresight to verify that our house has outside electricity, because they use electric air compressors . I am 45 minutes away when the crew arrived at our house. I had to come back to my house to which the person in charge wants to blame it on me for not having power on the outside of our house. The person in charge of the house had an attitude with me. Secondly due to the wind storm moths previous, we had to tarp our roof along with using 20 boards to hold the tarp down. The crew NEVER asked us what we wanted done with the tarp and boards. They either took our stuff or threw our stuff away. That was not their decision to make. While I do not have issues with the roof, I do have issues with the ATTITUDE. I will not recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a great job on our house siding and complete re-roof project a few years back. They have also been helpful and very responsive to addressing any issues / concerns after the job was complete and paid in full. I highly recommend Roof One if you need a roof or vinyl siding replacement or repair. At least get a quote. I think you will be pleased.

Our roof leaked and is still under warranty. We called Roof One and verified the warrenty. The office staff said someone will call when they have time. The perception that they give is that they dont care. Someone should call back right away to find our what is going on with the roof that they installed. Based on this we do not recommend this company.

Great company! Been around forever and I understand why. You cant beat their quality and price not to mention their super friendly staff! I highly recommend you give them a call if you need a new roof.
