I was calling for an estimate and was told by a man who seemed to be very busy (maybe he should try hiring a receptionist to answer the phone) that they only do complete roofs and I said idk if I need a complete roof thats why Im calling you to have someone come out to give me an estimate he then said well how old is your roof and I replied Im not sure I just purchase this house which is approximately 50-60 years old and perhaps its the original roof and he said thats not possible if you live in LinconPark now were back to square one can u come give me an estimate he then says whats your address in which I gave it to him he then said Ill be out sometime this week and leave it in the mailbox then he just hung up the phone as if I was disturbing him. Never once did he ask my name or phone # I do not wanna do business with someone who is rude,disrespectful and unorganized!

Its great that you are employing so many guys who are obviously working hard during some very hot days; however, could you possibly train them to pick up shingle papers & wrappings before they blow all over my lawn? Youre doing my neighbors roof but Im the one left with a mess each day. Not fair! Not to mention that they scream to the top of their lungs early each morning waking every neighbor up. Just asking for a little common courtesy, thats all!

Put my roof on in 2014 and did a very poor job call them out three times gave me the same old story. The shingles had to be put back in place twice.. leaking in my bedroom, kitchen and dining room ,causing damage to the interior. Didnt put gutters back in place properly. Estimate repairs $1,600.00 THEY ARE VERY SMOOTH TALKERS. BEWARE CHUCKS ROOFING IN CRETE ILLINOIS.

I sure wish there was a "Zero" to select. They cused at me, hung up on me twice, screamed at me, told me to never call him again, and even used the "F" Bomb!! Very disrespectful, rude and obnoxious!!!! I wouldnt allow this guy on my roof!!!!

Extremely unprofessional. Screamed obscenities at me when I asked him a question on the phone. even though I asked it very politely. I have since talked to other people who have received the same kind of treatment. Please avoid this company.

Chuck and his crew are scam artists and are a sloppy roofing company. After completing the job I had to purchase a new tire for $210. I called to talk to chuck and he told me to "go f@%k myself" Stay away from this company at all costs.
