My experience with Timbercrest Home Improvements, Grand Blanc, Mich were absolutely awesome. The degree of professionalism that was exhibited by Steve Bogie and the Timbercrest Team simply perfection. Storms that came thru in March and April 2017 really hit my house hard. I got damages from high wind, power outage etc. The biggest damage was to my roof and I am here to tell you, my new roof is absolutely gorgeous! Mr. Steve Bogie assured me that him and his team were going to put my home back together and trust me they did. I was a very sad person and didnt know who to trust with my home and capable of dealing with my insurance adjustor. Dealing with insurance companies is one of their areas of expertise. Steve acted as my advocate by reinspecting what they had inspected to make sure they had captured all the damages. I found the Timbercrest Team to be polite, organized, and clean. No debris was left around my property. I give these folks an A++++ rating and highly recommend them for putting your home back together. Timbercrest just finished our roof yesterday and I could not be more pleased. I had the pleasure of working with Steve Bogie. Steve was professional, kind, and very attentive, guiding me through the entire process. Steve and Ron (owner) helped me deal with all the insurance forms and gave me great advice to ensure I was satisfied. The roofers were on time, friendly, and FAST. If you are looking for a new roof, please give them your business-you will not be disappointed. After dealing with Steve and Ron I can assure you their reputation: voted best roofing company in Grand Blanc 6 years running) is well deserved. We have a few friends that recently had roof repairs and after hearing the horror stories: asking for full payment up front-delaying start times and taking forever, we were a little worried. Thankfully we had Timbercrest. One great benefit is you work with a contractor (Steve) and they oversee the project, that extra layer of protection ensures no corners are cut and the job gets done right. After shopping around for almost a year, Timbercrest came through with the best pricing and most professional. We had interviewed a wide range of companies from the most popular to local companies. There was no pressure with Timbercrest. Mike answered all of our questions and never made us feel awkward about the questions we had. We were provided a report via email of the tracking and schedule of our project so we could see when materials were ordered, when they would be delivered, etc. Also, Mike phoned us before the delivery date to keep us informed. The installation crew (Dallas) was very polite and professional as well. Answered my questions throughout the project and completed the job early. We are very happy customers!

I recently had some wind damage done to my house, after having several different quotes I decided to go with Timbercrest and I am very happy I did. This was my first time having to file an insurance claim, so it was new territory for me. Ron walked me through the entire process and made it such a breeze for me. Actually, he was the only person out of all the companies I had gotten quotes from that explained the whole insurance process to me. Ron went above and beyond for me, answered every question I had and was very professional and pleasant. His crew did a great job on my house and had the work wrapped up within a few days. Our recent experience with Timbercrest has been nothing short of wonderful. Ron was present at the meeting with the insurance adjuster to explain the process to us and answer any questions we may have had. He has been great at answering any questions along the way, staying in constant contact with us. Im very impressed with the professional service I received from Steve Bogie and Timbercrest! The weekly updates and their follow through were very appreciated. Its so refreshing to know that there still is a company out there that actually does what they say they will. They used top of the line materials and everyone that worked on our roof was respectful and courteous. When and if I had any questions or concerns I just called Steve and he would make sure things were taken care of or explained to me. I have spoke with many of my neighbors about Timbercrest and will continue to do so in the future! If only all companies were run this way!

Very very long story.. Ron and crew goes above and beyond. Timbercrest does far more than they list. I consider Ron and Hank the premier go to people for anything I do with my home. If anyone would like the long version.... please feel free to contact me. All that I can say is, if you have any doubt choosing a contractor, throw everything down and just call him. Its not a hard choice. My house looks awesome, the service is outstanding. I really dont know what else to say. Just had our roof re-done by Timbercrest Home Improvements. What an amazing experience. Great service and quality. They did an amazing job keeping us informed as to when our work would be started/completed and was done exactly as promised. Recently moved into a new home with a leaky roof. Called several companies with mixed results and opinions on how to proceed. Contacted Ron @ Timbercrest and immediately received the peace of mind I was looking for. Ron gave me an honest opinion, not looking to gain a job but let me know the roof was in good shape and no work would be needed at this time-except fix the leak:) Other companies thought a complete tear off and roof replacement would take care of it $8000-$10,000 later.
