This business was sent to us by our insurance company the day after lightening struck our house. At first it seemed like they were working for us to help get the house back to what it was before the lightening strike. But soon after, there were discrepancies with billing our insurance for work they didnt do and the roofing estimate was much higher than other companies so we decided to get repairs done elsewhere. Now if that was it with this business.... I would not have felt obligated to write this review. That is all part of business. However, we were very disappointed in what a terrible time we have had communicating with the owner. He would not return messages or communicate with us. Here is just one example: phone call placed on 1/4/17 spoke with someone at office for owner to call us, no call back. One week later, email sent to owner addressing our concerns since he didnt call us back, still no response. Finally 3 weeks after the email we had to get a third party from our insurance involved, they called a few times for the owner and he finally responds to the email. Working with this business has been a joke and trying to communicate with the owner has been worse than getting struck by lightening.

We originally called Allstate to take care of an exposed area on the side of our house. They came out inspected the area and the roof. After noticing some damage to the roof they told us that they could work with us and the insurance to get it taken care of. They walked us through the steps and met with the adjuster. They also helped us with the financial aspect, which we appreciated. The roofing crew came out and was done within two days. The crew was courteous and tried to make sure that everything was clean before they left. The only negative was that we did find some nails in our drive and yard even though the crew had gone over the area. We purchased our own magnetic sweeper to make sure it was clean. Because there had been a leak in the roof, there was some damage to the floor of our laundry room. This was taken care of and looks absolutely fabulous and no longer has a spongy feel, thanks to Matt. Recently, the weather was cool enough that the exposed area has been completed. We cannot say enough good things about Matt. He took on a job that no one else would and he astounded us with how well it has improved our home!

A few months ago I found a Groupon for Allstate Exteriors. I knew that my roof had some problem areas, at the very least, and upon inspection it was found, that what I needed was a a full replacement. Brian Wilson worked with my Insurance Company and I, and today my new roof was installed. It has made a wonderful difference in my home and honestly adds quite a bit of curb appeal and value to my home. Octavio, the foreman for the job, was very polite and worked with his crew to get the work done well and quickly in spite of the heat and rain today. They even did me the favor of painting the chimney cap for me. That is just going above and beyond. That is what I look for in a company.Thank you to all of you who worked so hard to make this happen. I would recommend Allstate Exteriors to anyone needing a new roof.

We called Allstate for an inspection and replacement estimate for our roof. The roof is about 2800 sq ft. Brian inspected the roof thoroughly. Reviewed the detailed estimate and answered all our questions. Allstates quote was competitive with other contractors we had contacted. Everything that we expected to be done was spelled out on the contract, no surprises. The crew of 6 was on the roof by 7:30 a.m and two workers were on the ground installing 12 additional soffit vents to accommodate the new ridge vents They completed everything by 6:00 p.m. Crew was great. Clean up was great. Love our new roof. Allstate met and exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend this company.

At the offset I can only say that their service was spectacular. Bad weather,meant nothing to them they regrouped and showed up on a Saturday to finish. their sense of urgency to satisfy us as a customer was pretty impressive.They treated our house as their own. We could not have been more impressed. Our friends, and neighbors even commented about the Saturday completion. They complimented the color choice.
