Our neighborhood recently had a tornado. The first people here to aide us was J Key Roofing. Not just to get our business, but to help us go through the process. Most of the people in our neighborhood rent and even though they had to use other contractors that their landlord had working for him, J Key Roofing still provided support, explained the process, offered their cards in case any questions arose and even put tarp on some of the roofs that the other roofing companies did not seem to want to do. Basically because they had none and were not prepared. My neighbors have told me profusely how happy they are with the experience even if they had not choice in their home repairs. However like one man said,"We wont always be renters, and we will know who to use for our home repairs. Thank you J Key Roofing

Recently there was a tornado in my mothers neighborhood. She was out of town when it happened, but had called a family members company to let them know she needed repairs. In the meantime Derek Lord from JKEY Roofing drove from an hour away to come out. He educated us on what repairs needed to be done. He even got up on the roof, took photos and secured the damaged areas with tarps. He wouldnt accept any money when we tried to pay him. It was extremely appreciated that he went out of his way to be sure her roof was secured knowing we had already committed the job to family members. We will be forever grateful and I will definitely recommend him and JKEY Roofing!! Thank you Mr. Lord!! Della Cain

J Key Roofing was very professional. Their sales rep. didnt try to pressure me to buy anything that I couldnt afford. They were very willing to work with my financial situation and help me out anyway they possibly could. The new roof they put on the house looks awesome. I wouldnt let any other company install or maintenance my roof. The guarantee and warranty on my roof was much better than I thought it would be. It is good to know there are still honest contractors out there like J Key Roofing. There are so many contractors out there that just want to charge you as much as possible for the smallest amount of work possible, but not J Key. Thank you J Key Roofing for all you have done.

J Key did an adequate job installing the roof - it was what happened AFTERWARDS that was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life! They left a pallet in my driveway for days. I asked repeatedly for them to pick it up. Then I got the email that said it was gone! I came into my driveway at 10pm that night, it was very dark out, and I ran straight into the pallet. My bumper is totally dented and scraped up, but the management and J Key wouldnt even SPEAK to me about repairs. They simply threatened me with a lawsuit! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
