Chose them based on reviews. Usually, thats the way to go. After saving my money for two years to get this job done, I finally pulled the trigger. I was willing to spend the extra money on their higher quote, because honestly, the exterior of your home is a major selling point and investment. Although they got the job done quickly, they did a sub-par job. None of the siding is aligned, and much of it waves up and down. How hard is it to use a datum-line? The trim work around the windows looks like a 9 year old did it. Not a single corner hits a 45º angle. After the first 4 days of the project being finished, siding already began to fall of the house. On top of this, the crew ran out of the matching blocks for the outlets and light fixtures, and decided to use white without asking. When I asked them to replace it per our contract, I got major push back. In fact, one of the contractors told me it would be easier to just spray paint it. I was blown away. So to wrap up my review, let me tell you about all the junk they left being for me to clean up... Over 100 nails were in my yard and driveway. I had to have a tire replaced because of this. Half the old gutters were left behind. All of the wood pallets that the siding came on was taken behind my garage and dumped. Did they think i wouldnt notice that? They then put the water meter on the gas meter, and vise versa. It messed up our water bill and we are out hundreds of dollars. So yeah, this is my experience with Arrow and an $18,000 job. Youd think I would get more professional service than this. I would not recommend this company to anyone on my good conscience.

Arrow just finished a complete tear off and reshingling of my main roof, two porch roofs and two bay windows. They arrived at 7:30 a.m., had the roof off in 1 1/2 hours and had paper on in no time. I came home from a long run and I couldnt believe how far they had gotten. At the end of a 12 hour day, they had completely cleaned up the work site and the previous reviewers use of the word "immaculate" is spot on. After MUCH searching, I was only able to find two nails. That was it. The roof needed replaced 12 years ago when we moved in so I am SO pleased to have a new roof and happier yet to have the whole job be so smooth and come out so well. I would Highly recommend this company. You wont be unhappy

This place is amazing and I will recommend them to anyone having any issues with their roof! In our situation, we needed to get some stuff fixed on a house before we could close on it the next day. Arrow went above and beyond what any other roofing company in Ohio could do for us. [trust me I called them all!!] He came out that day, on time, and fixed what we needed fixed. It was reasonably priced and painless for us. I will never call another roofing company for my needs ever again. I highly recommend Arrow Roofing, dont waste your time looking anywhere else.

I recently had my roof replaced and one of the companies I obtained a bid from was Arrow. Ultimately, I made the wrong decision and went with another company. After several things on the job went wrong because of the other contractor, I wanted to have confidence that my roof was installed well. I spoke with the sales rep at Arrow, and he agreed to come take a look at my roof to give his opinion on the quality of the install. Even though I didnt go with Arrow, I wish that I had!

Before my siding and roof replacement my Arrow roofing i called around looking for someone to come out,Arrow was the only company that called me back.the represenative that came out was very knowledgeable,about what was needed to do the job right.Im very happy with the work that was did,if needed again for roofing or siding i will call them to do the work.I would recommend arrow to anyone that need help

Rob from Arrow came out and did an inspection on an area we thought was leaking. He was an awesome guy to talk to and he crawled around our hot attic without complaint and found our problem. He then sat in his truck crunching numbers and making phone calls and gave us a very reasonable price to fix a rather large area. Work came with a warranty too. Pleasant to work with!

I was given a quote by their sales rep. He did a site visit and had the plans. He had the material list from the manufacturer. In other words, he had all the information he could possibly have. Nothing changed on my end. Once I signed the contract they said it would cost more than double what we contracted for. Very shady. Avoid these crooks.

There was a nail hole in our roof resulting in ceiling water damage. Arrow roofing helped us find it patiently (it was very difficult because we have tried many time with other roofing teams) and sealed it and also explained to me very clearly. Very quick and responsible. Strongly recommend!
