My experience with this company is 1 of the worst experiences have ever had. You cant get them to return a phone call and you get mixed information with each person you talk to. If you need a roof and cant afford to wait a month this isnt the company for you. They make promises they cant keep and could care a less what you have going on in personal life as long as they can do your roof. This company is not to be trusted and I would recommend that if you need a new roof please go to different company. they gave me a promise date to start my roof and they lied. I dont usually write reviews but I feel that this warrants a review. Also if you think the owner of company cares what you have to say then you are in for a treat because he cares nothing about his customers I could go on and on about my experience with this company and how bad of an ordeal it has become. If you take any advice from me on this matter, do yourself a big favor and go with another company. If you want your roof done and peace of mind, this company is not for you. My intention behind this review is to try to keep others from going through what I am going through now. I feel like they have put all their values aside just to make money. Usually in a business they try to make customer happy but thats not the case here......update. Can you believe that after 3 weeks of receiving payment that I got a call from the salesman threatning that they would take discount they gave me away unless I took my post down. They even called us in for a meeting with the owner, when met with owner and showed that we had paid and recieved receipt and warrant that we were told to get the f...out of his office. An owner of a business whom recieved payment for job done then cusses his customers out. What kind of business cusses their customers out and threatens them? Very unprofessional to me.just want to put my experience out there so people can make their own judgement when considering a new roof.

I purchased some metal from DBR indirectly. The delivery guy ran over a Flower pot next to my driveway. I have cameras and seen it. The driver lied about saying he left a note. He didnt. Cameras dont lie. When talking with DBR I asked for $40 for the flower pot. They said no that they would replace it. They made me go through the trouble of taking pictures of three other pots I had beside the one that got broke. I told them that the flower pot would cost them more than $40 and I was just trying to make it easier on them. I guess they thought I was trying to pull one over on them. But over a week later I had not heard from them. I texted them back with no response. I then contacted the third party I purchased the metal from. They talked with DBR and DBR stated that it was an old flower pot and was only giving $30 for it. I have had the plant in a trash bag waiting on the pot they was supposed to be getting. Why over $40 are they making such a hard time for me. Anyway the third party made up the other $10 and now DBR has lost a customer in the future. Why DBR do you treat your customers with no respect and not fulfill your word. I hope that you do other customers better.

Davis Brothers Roofing is a family owned and operated company. The owner works right along side his men in the sun, rain, snow, extreme heat, and extreme cold. He has been in business for over 30 years and makes every effort to make sure his customers are satisfied and pleased. He takes his employees to multiple trainings a year to make sure their knowledge of the roofing industry is always up to date. My roof is beautiful and has been on for 3 years so far and I havent had the first issue & dont expect to have any. We chose a metal roof ( galvalume color ) for our home & couldnt be happier with our choice in product and company.

The drivers drive like maniacs! I walked across the road to check my mail and a driver pushed the gas to the floor and tried to hit me! I have children and live close to the road. This better NOT happen again!
