I have been going to Heads Up since they opened. I see Erin. She does my sons hair and my hair. The prices are great for what you get. I have never had a bad haircut or color or anything from Erin. She has fixed others mistakes on my hair more than once. (Some of these mistakes were horrible). This isnt a crappy $10 borics cut. This is an actual salon that does great work and takes pride in thier work. What Im trying to say is that they arent the cheapest because they do great work. But they are definately not over priced. I love getting my haircut here! Erin West is phenomenal... Very sweet, kind, and she does an amazing job. She is so professional and always makes me feel comfortable. Erin has been my stylist for 10 years and I have always been very happy with whatever we decide on. She is always considerate of how I want my hair done, but also has great guidance if I am ever uncertain. It is very apparent that she enjoys her job and making people feel great about themselves!

I love Heads Up! I dont have a specific person because of my erratic schedule its hard to figure out when Ill have time for a haircut and I have never had a bad haircut despite using every person there. They only hire quality help at Heads Up. And they take great care of the employees. Happy workers do good work! Great place, great ownership. Theyll take good care of you here.

Had an appointment with Rachel who was a blast! She listened to what I was going for and did a fantastic job, very friendly and professional. She was the only person in the shop when the music on the overhead was dead. It was fun jamming to music catered by her phone. Great experience, cant wait for my next appointment!

0 stars. Owner is very rude! Had issues, not once, but twice. Went back to "give them a chance" and she has the same attitude. Would not recommend to anyone! I would rather get my hair cut somewhere else rather it was even or not.
