Ive been seeing Nikki since about last June for regular sugaring appointments. Before going to Ageless Beauty, I waxed occasionally but never stuck with constant hair removal. This salon feels like a hidden gem! The prices are great, the location is convenient in Eastown, the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, the quality of the product (sugaring is way better for my sensitive skin than harsh wax) and Nikki is so personable that my appointments go quickly so Im not thinking about the actual hair removal process. I plan on trying more of the services that Ageless Beauty provides and plan on sticking to this salon as long as Im in the area. I Would definitely recommend for sugaring hair removal!

Excellent skin care!! Ive lived in a lot of places and Ive experienced a lot of different spas and skin care specialists. Felicia is hands down the best. Shes so knowledgeable. The services she offers are cutting edge. She was the first, and to my knowledge, only one in GR to offer O2 treatments (which, by the way, are miraculous). She takes a health-oriented approach and can really diagnose what your skin needs. The results are amazing. Im in my 50s and still get carded ... usually right after Ive been to Felicias! Plus, shes a doll. Her salon is relaxed and inviting, but totally professional. Ageless Beauty is a hidden gem in Grand Rapids. Highly recommend.

While Felicia is personable and sweet, she is also professional, conscientious, and intentional about providing quality service. I am so glad I found the ladys at Ageless Beauty! I see Nicole almost every eight weeks for a sugar wax. Nicole was so sweet during my first visit making sure I was comfortable during a new experience. After being a client for almost a year its just like visiting a friend and catching up. Appointments are easy to make either over the phone or with a quick email. The girls always try and make their schedule work with yours. Felicia has been sugaring me for years... Facials, eye brow shaping, you name it she has me covered!!!! She even did my make up for my wedding and made sure my skin treatments for the weeks leading up to my big day made all the difference in the world! I love ageless beauty!!!! Felicia is knowledgable and very personable. The salon is in the back of Eastown salon. Score! You can make your hair appointment for after your facial ;) Its a clean and relaxing atmosphere. I always find parking right on the street. I personally can recommend trying a facial or the sugaring hair removal but they also offer so much more than just that!

Felicia is simply THE BEST. She knows how to analyze your skin and exactly what it needs. My skin has never looked better. I never knew that you can dye your eyelashes! I have my brow dyed when I have my hair colored but it doesnt last (my hair color is dark brown). When Ageless Beauty dyed my brows the grey didnt show throw through till almost 5 weeks. My eyelashes have become white on the tips and was so pleased thi the end results!
