I went to get my hair dyed wanting to change my color from black to brown. So the lady there was so nice and I was like okay she knows what shes doing. So she explains to get some dimension I am going to first do some highlights, I am like okay I trust you. She does the highlights. They look blonde she goes in with another color to supposedly get my hair to look now brown the way I wanted it. And what happens is that the blonde turns brownish red. So I was like its a disaster. But still trusting her she goes to wash my hair after all. So now my hair in jet black at the ends with random highlight of brownish red its just a mess. Worst experience now going to have to spend more money to try to fix this nasty mess and going back to jet black.

Went to get my hair cut on Sat morning 4/9/16. Walked in asked if they were open. Woman said Yes! What do u want? I thought ...IS SHE KIDDING??? I want a hair cut, I said. Why else would I be there. She gives me a dirty look and bad attitude. So i said forget it I dont want u touching me and walked out. I always go to a smart style n never had this treatment. I am filing a complain against her.

Didnt even get my hair done. The "stylist" on duty informed me she didnt do highlights. When I asked for a cut she then said "Im on my lunch break". Not helpful at all, no customer service skills. I would have likely waited if she hadnt seem so nasty.
