I went to the V.I.P Salon & Spa for the first time to get my hair cut and styled today. Mirsada was my stylist and let me tell you she was amazing! Mirsada not only took a full 40 minutes to make sure my hair was cut perfectly to what I wanted in detail (she asked about every detail to make sure it was what I wanted as she was cutting) but she also took an additional 20 minutes to make sure the style was exactly how I wanted it to be. All the while she made me feel pampered to the enth degree by making sure there was nothing I wanted for (coffee water soda just ask its yours) The haircut and style was a very reasonable $40 and I say very reasonable as she took so much time perfecting my style and cut. The establishment was clean and all of the staff were very friendly. This may have only been my first appointment but I guarantee you it shall not be my last, after I left the salon I received more comments on this haircut than I have of any haircut from any stylist I have ever had. I made another appointment for 8 weeks from now. I think its safe to say Mirsada will be my stylist from here on out.

I have been going to VIP for a number of years now...and I keep going back because although every aspect of the salon is professioinal and the services offered are fantastic, its also a very comfortable place to be. Everyone makes you feel so welcome aned like youre the most important person there. Karyn is my stylist and trust me, Ive put her talents to many challenges. Color, cuts, hair extensions with color......and every single time its perfection. I am constantly getting compliments on my style - no matter what it might be at the moment - and my color, and people are always asking me "who does your hair?" And who wouldnt love that kind of attention!? I adore Karyn.....I respect her talents.....I trust her.....and the icing on the cake is that she is just a lovely, genuine person. ~ Robin Brown

Hi, today I had a hair cut by Gail for the first time at VIP salon, and she did an awsome job, its the best hair cut ever, she knew exactly what I wanted, it just falls into place, its perfect. Not only was the hair cut great, but shes a real sweet person, she made me feel very comfortable, felt like I knew her. Gail I got three compliments before I got home, one by a salon customer as I was leaving and the sales clerk at CVS, and at the AAA office, not to mention when I walked in the door at home, my husband said who cut your hair, I said why, he said it looks GREAT. What a difference, you should have taken that before and after picture, my hair was really in bad shape. I cant thank you enough, and Im looking forward to my next visit. Truly Sarah

Oh my goodness book a Gehwol Medi Hydrating Pedicure! Worth every penny! I am diabetic, and my feet were a cracked, dry, painful mess. I read the 2014 New holiday services menu on the VIP website and I found exactly what I was looking for! I could not believe the difference- I stood up and took my first few steps & my feet didnt hurt anymore! My calluses are completely gone and my skin feels amazing!! Rose did a wonderful job as well- I felt so relaxed! My polish is beautiful. I couldnt be happier!!!!! I cant wait to go back tomorrow for my Gehwol Medi hydrating manicure! I recommend the Gehwol pedicure to anyone looking to have smooth, silky hydrated feet! Get a gift certificate for someone you love!

I have been going to VIP for about 2 years now. I live about an hour away and I feel that the service that I receive is well worth the drive. Ever since Karyn has been cutting, coloring and styling my hair it has never looked better. It is incredibly healthy and shiny. I echo Dianes comments below, Karyn has recommended products for me that have really made a difference in the health of my hair and the maintenance between cuts. Even my husband has noticed a difference in my hair. I have never recieved so many compliments on my hair until Karyn. I would recommend Karyn and VIP to my friends and family. In fact, my mom is also a client!

My hair loves Karyn Sauve! (and so do I) I receive compliments on a regular basis for every color, cut, and style she has EVER created for my hair. She always recommends the best products that maintains that " just left the salon look and feel". More importantly, my husband always notices and raves about my cut and color. We are always amazed at her attention to detail. Its obvious, why she is mentioned in Allure Magazine. Overall, my experience at VIP has always been fantastic! A clean, friendly and professional enviroment.

My wife treated me to a pedicure at VIP prior to leaving for our cruise vacation. I had never had one, thought it was a ladies thing. We went as a couple and both had a pedicure and foot massage. It was soooo relaxing and my feet feel and look great. Tanya and Rose did a wonderful job and made us feel very comfortable. The massage chairs were great too. I recommend it for all couples and you guys out there who have never had one wont believe how good it feels. Thanks Tanya and Rose!!!

I absolutely love Brittany. I have been going to her for over a year and theres no one else Id rather see. She really listens to what you want and makes it happen. Weve had quite a journey going from jet black hair to blond and it looks absolutely amazing now. I couldnt have asked for a better stylist. She doesnt hack off you hair or just do her own thing. She listens and everything she does turns out great. Highly recommend her!!!!

Strange environment walking in....big open areas, felt like I was on stage actually (im a performer) seems like 90% of this place caters to female vanity - like, sup bitches, look at me!! Got a massage...ladys hands scratched the hell outta my body - couldnt tell too much during massage but a day later yahhh...not cool Massage wasnt very good even if you take away the skin assault. Cant recommend. I will not be back.

This salon is so beautiful , very professional . all the girls are so nice (a lot of girls at other salons are stuffy and act better than) but vip is nothing but smiles and awesome service. I have been going there for over 3 years now. Every service from facials (ask for Shannon) to hair (ask for Brittney) is the best. Do your self a favor and go check it out.

I was just recently there for a mani/pedi, and massage and I must say that the services there are OUT OF THIS WORLD! The staff is super loyal and friendly, they are professional in what they do, and made you feel great when you were there. Prices are fair and competitive, services are great, staff is wonderful, and the overall experience was fabulous!

I have had more great experiences than bad. Devon and Carlie are awesome! I had one other girl that did my daughters nails for homecoming OMG they were awful! Carlie wasnt available unfortunately. Live and learn. I do like VIP overall and I would recommend. You just have to get the right peeps ;)
