Ladies beware! Inexperienced girls and horrible management! Girl colored my hair a completely wrong color and bled it into my blonde highlights then tried to make it better by burning my hair up with chemicals. The owner was not willing to address the issue. Eventually, after finally accepting the situation She did tell me she would only "fix" the problem BUT she did not have availability to do so until 2weeks later.. horrible, not apologetic, and please tell the girls that if they mess up hair they shouldnt try to burn the hair up to try to hide the mistake! I pay top dollar to NOT be used as a tool for practice.

Ive been going to Christa for years! And she always makes me walk out of the salon looking AND feeling BEAUTIFUL!! My 16 year old daughter LOVES Fran and wants NObody else but her to do her hair. And both Christa and Bethany have done my 13 year old daughters hair and she loves her hair when theyre done. I dont think you can go wrong with anyone you choose at Salon 621. Theyre all pretty talented ;-) So let then pamper you.

Shes the only hair dresser that I let touch my hair. Im mixed abd I couldnt find anyone that could cut my hair well until I met her. Shes so good I love what she does.
