Went on Tuesday for my first visit. Love my color, hate my cut! Have to have it corrected. Shouldnt do dry cuts on clients that wear their hair curly and straight unless you know what your doing and having another client waiting doesnt make you rush through it! The Matrix shampoo is not sulfate free either! Love the color though.
