Horrible experience my appointment was scheduled for 12 PM on a Friday they didnt start on my head until 1:38 PM. The staff is not open to new clients the first thing they said was oh she never been here before but I have just had a different stylist which was D Sparks. he is absolutely amazing and I am upset that he has relocated. Im happy for him, he needed to get out that shop because his personality is way too nice to keep the company that is in that shop. I got a sew in by a stylist name Regina she was very rude I didnt take well to her personality. my Sew in that she Did is unraveling after one week. I called and told her and she had nothing to say about this she also didnt really seem to concerned about the hair style I payed for. I will never spend my money again here, Regina you come off as a horrible person if someone dont know you. Last time I will ever come to this establishment.

I got a same day appt was on time but it was very unprofessional..the stylist that was suppose to service me didnt service me til 2 hours after I got there. Her friend who was there helping her (who was very nice but not a stylist) started on my hair when I got there. The salon was Not busy the stylist walked around ate until she had to take over!! Then I got a wash blow dry press and trim ..now I know prices have went up but it was $65!!! And she aint even know what a hair smoothie was for natural hair!! So $65!!! Yea that was my last time. A word of advice ..this is why us blacks can sometimes get a bad rep for business. If it is a clients first time be professional and YOU service her. Then that price ..there is no room for tipping ..!! Then they way she trimmed my hair!! She wasnt exactly welcoming like ..hey come back!! So I will be moving on to the next. Sorry Salon Secrets I tried.
