I have standing appointments at Kimi K salon in Rochester for shellac mani, pedicures, color, cut and style on a monthly basis for over 10 years now, started in the old Troy location and moved with them a few years ago. I love the salon, the owners and the staff but most of all I love Kimberly for mani-pedi. They make you feel like family and know your name and your life stories too, because they care. Kimberly is the main reason I followed the salon after the move from Troy. She is the best at pedicures, I will not let anyone else cut my toe nails, she is a pro and truly enjoys her job. Irina does my hair and she is the greatest with color, at age 64 it is not easy to get the true color look but I have it and get compliments all the time on how young I look. They are work together to get you the services you need even if you add some service while you are there. This is just my favorite place to enjoy relaxation and great services too while being pampered by a caring team of pros.

I have been a KIMIK SALON & SPA client back to when it was located in Troy. I followed Kimberly, my manicurist, to the new location in Rochester. Kimberly does a wonderful job of giving me her full attention while working on my nails. In addition, she has given me advice on keeping my nails healthy. Christina is amazing. She gave me a facial and it was wonderful. She always greets clients with a smile and most of the time she calls each client by name. Both Amandas who work and greet clients at the reception desk are always friendly and helpful. I truly enjoy being a client at KIMIK Salon & Spa.

Wow! My daughter has auburn colored hair and it was long and wild. We have went to many salons and know one cut her hair the way she wanted. Our stylist was Sue. She was amazing. My daughters hair is sleek and stylish. The attention Sue gave my daughter (while also including myself) was beyond great customer service. My daughter walked out of Kimi Ks with self confidence. She actually looks like she should be on a magazine cover. Thanks Sue! There is nothing like seeing your 16 year old daughter shine and be happy.

I had to find a new place for haircuts - not my fav thing to do! A friend recommended KIMIK. My experience start to finish was very nice - atmosphere, location, products, pricing and especially the service provided far exceeded expectations. If you are looking for a nice place that offers salon & spa services with a large experienced staff check them out!

Callina is wonderful!!! The salon was clean and everyone there was very nice and welcoming. Callina did a great job on my hair and was very knowledgeable and didnt make me feel like she was pushing product on me. Its been about 7 years since Ive been able to leave a salon LOVING my hair. I definitely recommend and will be coming here from now on!

I took my daughter for a hair cut, the lady she got did a very bad job and I was unhappy and kept on asking it is not looking good. She called the Kimi the owner and Kimi also said it was beautiful. My daughter was so exciting to get a hair cut as we were going to a Wedding. Every thing was ruined

After moving to Michigan from California I looked and looked for a new hairdresser. A friend referred me to Kimi K salon! It is so peaceful and you really get the pampering experience. Amanda Jordan is awesome! She does fantastic work and is very easy to talk to! Highly recommend her!

A customer for ten years at the prior location and Main Street location, the salon has seemingly lost the ability to keep good stylists. The quality of cut has significantly declined with each stylist that leaves the salon. I can easily get a $10 haircut without paying $25 for it.

Just when you didnt think Kimi-K Salon could get any better they build a brand new salon and amaze you. Its so beautiful and the staff is amazing. I trust everyone to do my hair and anything else I need. The location is great to do a little shopping after. Good job guys!

Best salon experience I have ever had. Came in for a man pedi and haircut. Had a great knowledgeable lady provide both services. Walked out feeling rejuvinated amd cleaned up. Highly recommend this place to all. Proffessional friendly amd knwolegeable!
