My 1st time was great especially coming from MAC IN OAKLAND MALL. . where they are so rude no matter how much money you spend . But my 5th time in Ulta in about a six week period. They are sooo rude. I was trying to figure out which item you could 5x the point on the lady and guy both acted like they had no idea what I was talking about . Like Im crazy. I ended up Figuring out what it was . With no help from them they were to busy chatting. I also asked for a product that they had no clue even existed . How can you work at ulta but have no clue about a popular product. ?? Basically if you know what u want going in they have a lot of stuff.. But they are basically not much help at all. They always tell you what works for them . How about you ask my skin type and so forth so I can figure out whats good for me . This lady kept trying to push a product onto me. Like hunny my skin is not like yours what works for you wont work for me. Ive spent a lot of money in there so far over 500 and today they were so freaking rude& unprofessional Everyone except the cashier and another lady . Hopefully your experience is better than mines. And Im only giving 3stars for the products because they do have big variety of brands and face care hair care. And Other stuff

The cashier "Cassandra" (the name the manager gave me) but I doubt thats her name! however, I will go back in there and find out what her real name is if thats not it because thats how mad I am! The funny thing is I should have known something was wrong because she didnt even greet me but looked at me when I walked in and then with her attitude proceeded to ring up the next customer. I came in to exchange something, but I also came in to buy something. When I went to the counter and asked her if she had any more of this item in the store, she checked. When she told me that they didnt, she move to the next register to take the next customer?????? and didnt tell even tell me I was ok to go??? She didnt ring anything up didnt even put it in the bag. Who does that? Anyways, then when I asked "When theyd be in because whenever I seem to come to this ulta they never have anything!" And when I say ever I mean EVER! She tells me corporate handles those things! Then had the audacity to say are you done" Cassandra honey, you need to get a new attitude or you need to get a new job, because clearly the simple task of ring people up is not the job for you!!!

There is only a small chance you will meet a good worker. The service there is not great but no place is perfect. Today 12/6/16, i went in to buy a few things and was cashed out by the most rude person ever. She did not even greet or ask for my membership card. I gave her my 20% off entire things coupon but because i did not show the bar code, she immediately told me i could not use the coupon *note! All i had to do was click a button and the Barcode would have poped up but i did not know about this till i got home*. I am assuming that if she worked there long enough, she would have known where to get the coupon barcode but was just too lazy to show me. After the check out this woman throws my bag at me and my thing fell out onto the counter. She said sorry but in a careless way. She also didnt put the fallen items back into the bag *which is okay to me but very unprofessional for a worker*. After paying and picking up my bag, this worker does not even say goodbye *which is also okay for me but still unprofessional for a cashier worker*. A good pro about this place is that they are usually have everything.

If i could, Id give them a -10. Im new to the area and was excited to see that theres an Ulta five minutes from my new address. I went in hoping to find a good summer foundation. What a mistake. Not only wasnt I greeted or assisted, they didnt even have what I wanted. Its absolutely picked over and the sales associates are rude as hell. Im a Latina and at first I thought I was imagining the rudeness and the feeling that they were ignoring me because of my ethnicity, but after reading some of these reviews, I now know, its not me, its them! (The salespeople). Rude, unfriendly, racist and to top it all off, the store is so threadbare and picked over. I dont care if its right around the corner, never will I go back. Ill drive a little more in order to go to the "good" Ulta.

Ive come in here several times and was never greeted or asked if i needed help. Last time was the nail in the coffin. I was looking for a contour palette and the girl talked me out of it. Long story short, she basically said i was too dark and would have a hard time. Instead of helping me find a color, she literally said, "Sorry, good luck." Like i was a lost cause. Wtf?!! I am only nc42 btw.. Not to mention you will never find what you need because everything in this store is always picked over and never restocked. Watch your step because makeup is broken and splattered all over the floor that they dont clean up because employees are too busy standing around gossiping. And dont bother coming in here if you arent white. Woww never again.

First had to search for someone to help me... just requested a worked color match me to a Clinique foundation I already knew I wanted because my sister has it and I tried it and love it. She told me how terrible all Clinique products are and how EVERY person shes sold it to it turns them pink.... Im sure. Then took me to the Lancôme section which was more expensive and had spf which I did not want. After stating that, she said rudely well get the Clinique one then.. and went to help another customer who was in the Lancôme section.... never color matching me... I left without buying anything.

Being disabled, I look forward to doing a bit of shopping on a good day. I have a genetic disease so its not like Im old. Anyway, NO ONE greets me, I have to shuffle all over the store to find someone and its like Im bothering them and like Im not worth helping! They are always out of my foundation and NEVER offer other suggestions. Im treated like garbage, forced to walk the entire store myself looking for what I need...very sad to be treated this way. Cashier is rude as hell too! Ill bet if I was 18, not in braces and a cane and stuck up Id get decent service. MAYBE.

I age never had the chance to visit the facility to date, but am very interested in doing some shopping there some day soo. My girlfriend says she gets all her beauty supplies there. Sounds like an exciting time!
