My experience at Elle Salon & Spa, considering I have been there numerous times, has always been great. The owner is very friendly and considerate to my needs, which is really important in a business. The staff at the salon is very cooperative and welcoming which each appearance that I make. When I leave the salon I am always satisfied of my services and so far have not had anything to worry about. I continue to go back because of the reasons listed above, the fair prices and the great atmosphere. The salon is beautiful and sparkling clean, always business ready. Any negative thoughts should be reconsidered, because Im almost positive majority of those comments have came from an unhappy ex-employee, which doesnt speak for all of us. Thank You :)

There is some confusion on these reviews...it is NO LONGER Elle Salon and Spa and is under completely different management. I recently took my daughter to Quinn at Q Salon & Spa. She wanted a specific style for the dance she was attending. Quinn was very patient with her, as my daughter is quite picky and had pictures with her of exactly what she wanted! Quinn listened to what she wanted and did a beautiful job. My daughter was very happy. She couldnt believe that she finally had a stylist who actually listened to what she wanted instead of doing what they wanted to do.

I have referred so many people to Q Salon & Spa! One, because I want to win their referral contest for $250. Two, because after 20 years of coloring my hair at many salons I have finally found a place that does it exactly the way I like. I have had several massages and enjoyed those as well. I think that my favorite part is that whether Im running into a time restraint or looking for affordable options, my hairdresser has always made recommendations to fit into my lifestyle. Q Salon has such friendly staff and stylists. Quinn has a great eye and will suggest what will compliment you face and hair type, and has a real talent for that. I love my color, and my hair for the first time in a long gone. The Loma products they use have a nice citrus fragrance that isnt overpowering, and as an asthmatic, I appreciate the subtle smells that dont cause me to have assthma problems.

I am one of those people that always wants to do something different with my hair but I never have a clue what the trends are or what looks good on me. Quinn at Q Salon & Spa always has advice and knows exactly what to do! I always leave SUPER happy! Not to mention, on their FB, they have videos about how to style your hair according to whats in style for the season.

Q Salon and Spa has made me love my hair again! I have had so much trouble in past years trying to get that right color and the healthiness back in my hair and Quinn has done that for me.
