This may have the worst tire store experience Ive ever had! I had a valve sensor fail and went here. I was told there were 2 customers ahead of me. After seeing no less than 5 cars being pulled in to the bays, I asked where I was in line. I was told "next" and then saw an additional car pulled in before mine. The serviceman moved at a snail-like pace, took a cigarette break in the middle of my job, and failed to show me my tire which he claimed had to be replaced. The office staff move just as slowly and 3 of them got snarky when I questioned the queing system and the ciggie break. I got robbed on both the sensor cost (8xs what I have paid previously) and the tire price (30% higher). Horrible service at a premium price? No thanks!

I went in for a 9.99 inspection they were offering and left paying 21.99. My vehicle needed two lower control arms and a sway bar link. They attempted to charge me three times for the replacement of a lower ball joint first as part of the lower control arm replacement, then again for parts and labor installing a lower ball joint (already once paid for in parts and labor replacing lower control arm) and a third time charging me for a ball joint (no labor this time though, yay?). Go here at your own risk.

Never again. Says tires rotared on bill, shop I went to immediately after proved to me tires couldnt have been rotated by the dirt and rust on lugs. Firestone website says free diagnostics, Roseville shop refuses to honor that. Over charges labor and parts. They have been my loyal go to for 4 years but no more, they have no loyalty to customers and give fraudulent info on invoices i.e. tore rotation completed. Will be reporting them to BBB and state governing authority.

Absolutely great place! I go here for all my tire needs all the time and are a huge help. The only thing to be cautious of is long waits on popular days becuase of how much business they get. Shout out to the manager Gary for how honest and helpful he is! Very knowledgale fellow who will do his best to keep you happy. Visit him any day. Ive told everyone I know to go there, and I wont go anywhere else even living over a half hour away.

Definitely tried to scam me! Took my car in to get my tire repaired, they called and told me it couldnt be fixed and wanted me to purchase a new tire for $120 so I took it to discount tire right after for a 2nd opinion... They fixed my tire no problem and it cost me $0. Pretty messed up if u ask me.

Had to get to new brakes. Same day service even though it was a busy Saturday. Got my car back running like new. Great friendly staff and not once did I feel like I was being undercut or overcharged.

Was able to service my car when Discount and Belle tire couldnt fit me in. Service tech went online and found coupons that saved me over 200.00. Overall a pretty great experience...thank u Firestone.

Literally horribly slow said 20 minutes behind... had a appointment for 2 didnt leave until 335... that isnt 20 min behind for a simple tire rotation.
