What an absolute joke this place is. Im sorry I ever went here for exhaust work. The entire staff, from the manager Chris, to their exhaust guy who "has been doing this for 30 years," the whole place is as low level as they come. Around 7-8 months back in April of 2016 I had them do a full dual exhaust setup from the factory Y-pipe back, on my daily driver 2003 Ford F150. I was assured that the work would be great, the parts used are quality products that will stand the test of time, and that I would love the work done. I was very specific about how I wanted the setup done. They did the work and had me come pick up the truck. When I got there I wondered if Chris had listened at all when I told them how I wanted the exhaust to exit the back of the truck. It wasnt even close. I cant imagine anyone would have wanted the setup the way they originally had it. So I had them fix it, and I said Id be back later to pick it up. Fast forward a couple hours. They call again and say its good to go. Now its the end of the work day, mind you. They were fairly close on the exhaust exit setup, but it was late, they were closing, so I just sucked it up left, and chalked to up at least it was a decent exhaust...or so I thought. A few days later I took a closer look at the exhaust and what a mess!! The passenger side exhaust leans backwards (vs out and down) so now water collects in the exhaust tip and will break it down prematurely, the welds look like a apprentice whos on his first day of his apprenticeship did them (caked on, sloppy, weak/not properly penetrated welds, etc), and the chrome exhaust tips are far and away the lowest quality junk Ive ever seen. These tips havent even been through a single Michigan winter yet and they are rusted almost the whole way around (and not just surface rust), some of the chrome finish is chipping off, etc. Garbage! I dont have all the time in the world to be back and forth from he exhaust shop, so I suck it up. Again, I just said, "its not a show truck, the exhaust works and who else is going to notice unless they really look?" Fast forward 7.5 months to late November. The less than $5.00 hanger they used to hold up my drivers side of the exhaust busts a weld. Really? Regular daily driving and the couple-times-a-week few trips down a dirt road, and this exhaust cant even make it a year?!?!?! Pathetic!!! I bring the truck in today to get the now hanging drivers side exhaust repaired and they do the hack job you see below. Then when done, the manager Chris asks me, "you take that truck muddin?" To which I tell him that I hunt and do occasionally drive dirt roads, and that one would think this exhaust would hold up longer than this for regular pickup truck driving habits. Im driving home tonight and they garbage work, garbage products and parts, and the terrible service, were eating away at me, so I call the shop and talk to Chris. I explain to him my extreme dissatisfaction. He tells me that the work looked good to him. I laughed and asked if he would allow that level of work on his own vehicle? To which he said, "have a good day, sir," and hung up. Thats how you treat a paying customer? A customer that has given you a LOT of slack and the benefit of the doubt a couple times already? Horrible! I have included 6 pictures of exactly what Im talking about. Please excuse the dirt, but this is a daily driven truck and exactly how it was when I got home from their shop tonight. This is not "caked on mud from muddin," its tire spray from a wet dirt road. 36 Mile Rd from M53 to Dequindre, to be exact. I will try to remember to take some more pix and edit this review the next time I have the ability to do a proper undercarriage cleaning, but currently its about 20 degrees outside. Even with the sprayed/splashed on dirt you can see the terrible workmanship, junk products, etc. I ask you to do yourself a favor and get your auto service needs handled elsewhere...ANYWHERE else! This shop and its staff are a joke. I wonder if the owner(s) know whats going on at their shop.

I have a old 1997 Grand Cherokee Larado Jeep about two weeks ago my water pump went out causing my car to lose antifreeze. I have been driving my vehicle up until this pass Friday. I called around to different shops no one could service me until Monday. I called Consumer care, they told me that its a quit fix $280.00 out the door, towing is free with service. I read the glowing reviews of this company and decided to get it done there, fair price the man was nice & free towing. The next day (Saturday) my car was picked up around 9:30. They called me at 3pm & said we fixed the water pump but power steering fluid is pouring out, have you had this problem before & when was the last time you drove it. I drove it yesterday and no i never had a leak. Well he told me that it was going to be an additional $325 , i said i dont have that kind of money today i will come and pick up my car. He then tells me i dont know if you can drive it & we will be leaving here at 3:30. (NOW HERE COMES THE DECEIT) when i got there the bill was $302.89, we decussed it, he came up with $299.97, he tells me i need a power steering pump. I have NEVER leaked power steering fluid. I called AAA and had my car towed back to my resident. I talked with both auto repair shops that diagnosed my water pump and they said was nothing wrong with you power steering pump. My oil changed shop that i have been going to faithfully for 15years said there is nothing wrong with your power steering pump or fluid. I just got my fluids topped off 2 weeks ago. The only fluid they had to add was antifreeze, windshield washer, 1quart of oil. Consumer car care you are wrong for trying to take advantage of some customers. This matter isnt over. I really would like to resolve this problem. UPDATE PLEASE READ!! On 7/24/17 the owner Jamie reached out to me, towed me car back to the shop. He said to me customers come first & he wanted to make me happy. He installed a brand-new power steering pump for free

Complete rip off janky shop sold me a messed up car and towed my other overheating vehicle and sold me a junk car due to the fact that the customer who brought the car in originally couldnt pay for it so he wanted to get quote his money back on the car which wand of having a blown head gasket and a cool air intake system problem along with being able to pull the keys out of the ignition while driving while the car is completely turned on then he tolls my car Chris the owner after I asked him if I could park it there until I figured out what I can do with it I will give him a call back on Monday was very rude to me and my fiance there are money scheme shop there janky they fix your car temporarily so you have to come back and get your car fixed again so they can put more money in their pocket I went up there to buy a new car because mine was overheating and I told him that I had children and I need a safe car to drive in where you wouldnt get stranded or have any problems with and then here comes along him selling me a car that overheats immediately after I drive off the lot I call him and tell him they close Friday before I come back and give them the car back so he could look at it and then I had a family emergency which they didnt take into consideration or give me a courtesy call telling me that they were going to tow my car so that I could figure out something so that I could get my car back God watches everybody and people that only care about money and want to rip people off will be judged on judge will be judged by him in the end in karmas a b**** thats all I have to say
