Probably the worst customer service I have ever had. First, after waiting 90 minutes, they took care of a customer who had been there only 15 minutes. When I asked the older guy what was being done with my vehicle he asked me (for the 2nd time) what was wrong with it. Finally, someone pulled a belt out of the car and, as they whipped one of their employees with it (no joke), they hit me in the head when pulling it back, coming within inches of my eye. They stated they needed to keep it overnight. We later discovered that they did not lock the car overnight, giving anyone an opportunity to steal the contents. I do not trust these people. Additionally they allowed people to smoke in the shop area where presumably there are flammable materials. When we decided to tow it to another place (that fixed it within a few hours), the guy was extremely rude. Never again.

Terrible... the absolute WORST they had my truck Monday at 8am its Friday now 5pm and its still not done!!!. Took them 3 Days To diagnosed while giving me many excuses. I cant think of one auto place in the entire state of Michigan that takes 3 days to diagnose a car problem.. I have lost over $600 in profit this week being held up by these Jokers who dont know a tire iron from a drive shaft. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to these guys unless you dont want to see it for over 2 weeks and get nothing but a load of excuses as to why it isnt done. Then I get it back and am charged almost 550.00 and they ONLY did My springs!! Didnt even do what I asked and 500.00?!?!? What a rip off...should be paying me for keeping my truck so long...worst auto place in michigan. Im livid about this...talk about getting away with robbery

Yeah, no. Had my car in for a diagnosis and repair. They started it Sat, couldnt get it done Mon, so I had to pay an extra day for my rental thru Tues. Initially, seemed fine when I got it back, then I found I was having the same issue I took it in for. So the $340 repair and time spent didnt fix my issue. I took it right back in Weds morning, and didnt get a call from them at all Weds or all Thurs. Finally called them Fri morning and was told hell call you back in a couple hours. They have the absolute worst follow up of any business Ive dealt with, and Im beginning to doubt their technical and repair ability too. I like the older guys, but.. the results just arent there. Wont be back unless theyre my only viable option and I have no time frame.

Beware!! Took vehicle in strictly for diagnosis as to why brand new alternator would not hold a charge. They called and said it was electrical wires to PCM and it would be 50.00. We went to pick up the vehicle and the bill is 275.00. They did not provide an estimate or get authorization. He paid 235.00 in cash and they did not give him a receipt. Can not reach the business, mailbox is full. We did not want a new alternator and could have replaced it on our own. They forced this work on us, and because we needed our vehicle we had no choice. It is illegal to do this, but they dont care. They left garbage under the hood, on top of the shady business practice. I will be reporting to the state.

They did a clutch, gave me a good deal, I go back my turbo car is running terrible because they did not hook up my turbo the correct way, my brand new engine could of blown up...Sam says its ur word ur car ran great.. Not ours!!! They took no responsibility for putting my turbo components in wrong! DO NOT GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE!!!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!!!!

This is the only place I take my vehicles to! I have been to many crappy, untrustworthy shops and after trying out CHAMPS I will swear by them! They are trustworthy! They do very very good work! They are helpful and nice! Love love this place. Very hard to come by a good mechanic so when you do. You stay with them :)

Idk about everyone else with poor service I have never had a problem with them.. They even put air in my tires when ever I request it to be do with no charge...
