On a family trip last week we hit a bad pot hole that I didnt see due to heavy rain. My tire rim was bent and in order to drive home safely back to Florida I took my car to Appalachian Auto at the suggestion of our lovely Airbnb hosts. Ryan and his team fixed my rim and rotated my tires and made sure my car was safe to drive home. Best part was when I went to pay Ryan said "dont worry about it" What a Blessing! We made it home safe and sound and I am extremely thankful to Ryan and his team of professional gentleman who took car of me that day. God Bless! - Mindy Marin

This place RULES!!! Finding a trustworthy mechanic (or automotive technician) is more important than finding a trustworthy doctor.......and Ryan and his gang are IT!!!!! Sister came down to visit and, long story short, while on the Cherohala Parkway her car blew all the fluid out of her transmission (while parked?!?!). Talk about an opportunity to take advantage of someone! Appalachian got her back on the road (NC to Ohio) with peace of mind and very minimal charges. Cant say enough good about this place! TRUST THEM!!! Ryan is a man of his word!

If you own an imported vehicle, you want to bring it here. These guys know their stuff. They have top of the line tools that go along with their top of the line know how. Got a problem with a domestic vehicle, they are geniuses with those too. They also have an extremely comfortable waiting room.

Besides being cheap, I dont recommend them. They have terrible service, little knowledge, and stand around all day instead of doing the work. Also, the owner has a major additude problem and does not listen to you especially if you are a female. Do not go here!
