SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!! I was in need of a vehicle and saw that "Le" (the owner) was selling a car on Craigslist. I felt it would be in excellent condition due to the fact that he had pretty decent reviews. I soon realized that I was wrong. After a 35 minute drive to him, I test drove the vehicle and told him an offer of what the car was worth according to Kelly blue book and my personal experience because I wanted this car in particular after doing extensive research! The car had a hand full of issues! (The axle needed fixing, the alternator belt was not working causing the engine to make a ticking sound, and there were minor electrical issues) And he also didnt have a service record which was alarming because hes the one whos "been fixing" the car and hes a "master mechanic" anyone whos honest would have one. Le said that he wouldnt take my offer and let me purchase the car for what it was worth, he wanted me to pay (majority,or in full), leave my money and the car with him and basically pay him for the rest of that should have honestly been taken care of when he listed it as "excellent condition" in his ad. Then when my personal mechanic asked him if the title was in his name he said "No,its a jump title!" Which is illegal! He quickly got angry and jumpy saying that he didnt want to sell it to me anymore and that we (me, my mom, and my mechanic who was on the phone) were too complicated" all we said is that we wanted to write the money order out to the owner whos name was on the title or speak with them since he was "selling it for her" who was also a "him" at another point. and a "Him and her" at another. Im sorry that doing things the right way are "complicated" but clearly something shady was going on! He said that it would take him 30 minutes to find the number and he wouldnt have time. Im not saying dont go to him for repairs because I havent had one (nor will I be getting any after this) but please just be careful going here guys! Also!!! Dont buy a car from ANYONE if their name isnt on the title! Im not writing to bash him, but to help him to see a genuine concern from a genuine person spending their hard earned money! Do some self evaluating! Honest service income lasts longer than a quick profit being shady! P.S. if youre selling a vehicle "for a customer of yours" you should be able to pull the number up with no problems! And you should know if its a guy or lady. Im just saying!

I wish I could write separate reviews for the staff and for the owner. The staff is amazing. The manager, John, is among the most honest polite and trustworthy mechanics I have come across. He and he alone are why my family has brought their cars here. The owner however, horrid customer service skills. I dropped my car off at 1030 am requesting an alignment and brake pads. He instructed me I needed to leave the car there and they would get to it. When I requested any sort of time frame, he responded "by the end of the day" (which was not at all helpful). I was aware they closed at 3 at least. 2.5 hrs later, 1pm, I come back to check in after having walked around RO. I figure then he will tell me if I need a ride to come back later or if the wait time wont be much longer. Either way was fine with me. Just communicate. He tells me my car is up next, I say great. Walk around another 2 hrs, come back, its 3, closing time. My car hasnt moved. They havent even looked at it. Owner completely lied to me. At this point Im sunburnt and upset. What kind of business owner cant even respectfully communicate with their customers and mechanics? If you dont know the answer, dont give one. Getting any sort of service or answers from this guy during my 5 hrs of trying to get this done was excruciating. I may call and ask to work with John only, but it will be tough for me to ever give my money to this place again knowing it goes to this owner. Respect is expected.

I went in for a front end problem after hitting a michigan pothole. My steering wheel was shaking pretty bad so I figured it might be ball joints or suspension problem. Once I got there I just inquired about the price so I will know if I will get the service there or not. The manager quoted me a price of a little over 300$ which was ok, then I knew 1 if my tires were bad and I asked to replace it he said $120, bc he said it couldnt be plugged. So while my car was hoisted up the manager gave me a ride to the credit union, so I had already written down how much I need to get and asked him to make sure bc I wanted the exact amount. He then proceeded to tell me theres an additional charge for labor that wasnt included. I went from nice to bitchy in 0.2 seconds, bc he thought I was stupid after he already quoted me an out the door price w taxes. So when I got back in the car I went off and just got the front end work, he tried to take advantage of the situation and thought I had money like that. I usually go to the 1 on 8mIle but there was only 1 mechanic. Had it not been an emergency I never would have gone there. But I dont plan in going back. BTW they ended up doing more for my vehicle bc he knew he was guilty of trying to get over on me.

I had a flat tire and had to go to the nearest shop possible. I went to this place since its the closest from where i was. They were real nice when i got in and when they checked my tire ,the guy said they are not able to fix it and that i needed a brand new tire. *PS i just got new tires last October and im pretty sure theres enough tread there for them to patch it. He even told me i was driving it for too long when i was literally not even a mile away driving 10mph on main st. on a snowy day. But anyways, i told them to put my spare tire and give me my flat tire. So I went to Belle tire after, see if they can patch it. After 20 mins it was done. They patched my tire and put the spare one back to where its supposed to be. I am so glad i did not let that guy ripped me off. Belle tire did it for 20 mins when this place had to do everything in 1hr and 23 mins to be exact.This is just a warning to everyone especially for those who dont know much about car stuff like me.... Ill give them 1 ☆for putting my spare tire for $22.16.

AVOID THIS PLACE! When we told the manager that we wanted to get a second opinion on the quote he got very nasty on the phone and seemed very offended we wanted to make sure that the fix he recommended was the right one. When I came into get my car, he again was nasty and another customer sitting there told me he was nasty to her too, and told me outside how rude he was. As they have these cards soliciting online reviews, I said I would leave one and he said hed "get me for slander". ( apparently does not know the difference between libel and slander, lol). Also informed me he recorded the conversation on the phone ( without anyones consent or knowledge I may add, so might be a legal issue there) I have never seen anyone more hostile or unprofessional at any workplace, ever. And the other workers I spoke to one the phone were nice but this guy was a complete hostile mess. I ended up at another place where I got better tires, and it was all $200 less. I would never recommend a friend or family come here.
