Do not ever go to this stinking place! I went there 10 years ago and they charged me $800 for some b.s. Then when I went in there to pay it, the grease monkeys were looking at me like I was a donkey. Then I got a ticket and I took it to the R.O. police station to prove I got my car fixed. So she was taking the ticket off my record and was like $150 for a lamp switch? Thats news to me. I said well theyre a half a block away if you wanna check them out. Then I just called them up to see if things changed. I needed a sensor test done, cause my check engine light is coming on and I asked how much. He said $141! I repeated it out of disbelief and he said yeah. I said okay bye. Warn everyone you know about this place. I got ripped off and I dont want to see honest hardworking people get taken advantage of by scumbags.

Great service! They have always been honest with me, and dont do unneccesary work to make an extra buck. I recently took my Jeep to a dealership, who wanted to do $1400 worth of work in addition to what I took it in for. Luckily their service was so slow (5 days, no work done...) that I had a chance to get my car out of there and into 4th St. before anything was done. Bill at 4th Street Auto took a look, and nothing was wrong! Thank you for your honesty! Any work I have had done at 4th St. in the past has been great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there!

Overpriced ...OVER PRICED... he charged me 2 X the price of the parts... Alternators from Autozone was for $140 (remanufactured alternator) and the charged me $350 for the same item. He also charged me $57 just to charge my car battery (OMG, OMG, OMG). His hour rate is $108 which is not bad. $70 for belt ($30 at AutoZone) .. at the end of the day i Paid $750 for alternator change and belt....its way overpriced, my friend got his alternator somewhere else and they charged him only $350 ( $120 for alternator).

I made an appointment with 4th Street Auto for my car to be worked on. I explained what I thought was wrong and left.Within an hour they called and gave me an estimate and explained what I really needed. Bill was more than helpful. I would highly suggest going to 4th Street Auto to any of my friends or co-workers. You can tell they care and are reasonably priced. My car runs like a champ now end

4th Street Auto provides wonderful, prompt and cost effective service and repairs. We trust the staff there implicitly, and heartily recommend them to others. When your vehicle needs repairs, the staff will tell you. When expensive repairs are not necessary, theyll tell you that, too. What I appreciate most is their honesty and that when they fix something, its fixed right the first time.

This is not only a top notch auto shop, they are incredibly kind, honest and fair. They do excellent work! If they feel someone else will be able to perform a better, more cost efficient service, they will send you to one of their trusted associates. They sent me to just such a place for some muffler work, and it was fantastic. I highly recommend 4th street auto care center.

This is the first time I used 4th Street Auto. My former auto mechanic went out of business. I only had an oil change and they got my car in at the appointment time and did the job quickly. I like 4th Street Auto because they are always very busy (I drive by at least once a day). I figured, to be that busy they must be doing a good job and treating their customers well.

My truck started vibrating really bad on my way home from work (I work the midnight shift). I called them at 7 a.m. when they opened and asked if they could look at it for me. They had me bring it right down and by 11:30 a.m. the same day, it had been diagnosed, fixed, and I was taking it back home. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back when I need service again!

I highly recommend 4th Street Auto. I took my car in to have the alternator replaced. My boyfriend was also having transmission problems with his car, so between the two of us, he had no way to get to work. 4th Street Auto fixed my car within 3 hours to help us out of a bind. They are also quite reasonably priced! I wouldnt want to take my car any where else.

I have been on my own for 34 years. When I found 4th Street Auto Care Center it was God sent. Bill and the staff are very friendly and caring and I thank God always for leading me to them. Great service, professional, told me exactly what needed to be done and what could wait. Honesty before profit. They build relationships of trust. They are what you would want for your neighborhood mechanic. I would feel comfortable sending my mom their alone. If they cant fix it they will send you to someone they trust.

I have been taking my cars here for years and have never had any issues. They do quality work and are honest about what needs to be done, and do it at a fair price. When Vinsetta Garage closed on Woodward, the owner recommended his customers to take their business to 4th Street, and that should tell you a lot.
