Arctic Vortex. Today was likely the biggest day for the roadside services industry in a decade and my insurance provider was ready when I called at 7am with a dead battery. I got a text message shortly thereafter confirming a 3:30 appt with a driver from Troy Auto Care and was only slightly disappointed they no called/no showed. I called Troy Auto for an update and was assured they would be by at 4:30. Another no call/no show at 4:30 and follow up call led to another scheduling commitment for 5:30. I was on the phone with their dispatcher at 6 when I missed a called from their driver trying to confirm I still needed the jump. The dispatcher refused to provide any status whatsoever and when I called back with the info from the voicemail, the dispatcher confirmed he was in route but wouldnt provide an ETA. At 6:30, I called and the dispatcher let me know the driver had cleared the service request without completing it and that I needed to contact roadside assistance to reschedule. Another service provider thank fully had me up and running 1.5 hours later. I would not count on Troy Auto Care to deliver on their commitments.

Dropped my car at this shop and I was told that they are gonna fix the rear shocks issue in a few hours I went home and they committed that they are gonna call me as soon as its fixed Never got a call back. I waited for a few hours and decided to call them but my call was routed to ivr because the repair shop was closed Next day I went to the repair shop and politely asked why they didnt give me a call back after my car was fixed. I was shocked when "christe" named lady said "do you want us to take off all the parts weve installed on your car" That moment I was in complete shock and It was embarrassing I would never recommend anyone to visit this shop That attitude was racist She had a bad bad attitude If I have the option I would rate them in negative instead of 1 star

If you need a tow, dont call anyone else!! Troy Auto Care is a first-rate operation. Efficient, friendly, competitively priced and they get the job done. My vehicle "died" in prime time commuter traffic on Rochester Rd. at Long Lake. After a google search, I called 3 towing places, none of whom would accept credit cards. One of those 3 actually recommended Troy Auto Care. The minute "Mike" answered the phone, he took care of the situation. 20 minutes later, their driver, Mike Partynski showed up and loaded my Camry on a flatbed at warp speed and delivered my car to Brian our expert mechanic in Rochester Hills. These gentlemen are pros and they are now at the top of my contacts list. I highly recommend Troy Auto Care. You will not be disapointed!! D. Turner, Rochester Hills

My car broke down the other day on I75. I googled auto shops in the area and found Troy Auto Care. I am really glad I found them!! I didnt have a long wait for towing. . .which made my daughter very happy!! They checked out my car problem the first thing on Monday morning and it was repaired before 430 even with ordering the part!! Office is open until 10 pm to pick up repaired cars so I was able to pick up my car around 8 pm. Everyone at the office and on the phone were very courteous to me. The price I paid was better than the price I was quoted from my usual repair shop. I would highly recommend Troy Auto Care and return to them for any auto work needed.

AWESOME!!!! I was referred to Troy Auto Care my by Realtor who has been a customer for over 20 years. I have a well kept GMC Truck with a 110K miles on it and was recently quoted $1100 by a local dealership for a laundry list of maintenance items that I had addressed in the last year. After Troy Auto inspected my car, they showed me what repairs were necessary and which repairs could wait and how long. They replace the necessary parts and gave me a schedule of future maintenance requirements, the estimate was still less than half the price of the dealership. I am a FAN FOR LIFE! Thanks guys.

Ryan V. the service man that was sent out from Troy Auto Transportation was wonderful! He was quick, clean and courteous. He called me when he was 5 minutes away and also when he arrived, he told me that I could wait inside while he changed the tire and would let me know when he was done. He put everything back in my car the way he found it and left the flat tire with easy access so I could have it fixed. And the supervisor from Troy Auto called me an hour later to make sure I was satisfied. Way to go on contracting a great service team...thank you!!!

excellent service, very honest customer service. I had taken my vehicle to a transmission shop near by and after the 5th time they told me that they were going to take a look at it, i said screw it, u guys just keep giving me the runaround and got my car towed to Troy Auto Care. Honestly couldnt have asked for better service, they diagnosed the problem the next day, and by the time i was out of work my car was ready to be picked up, and drives great. Would highly recommend Troy Auto Care !

Had Troy Auto Care respond to a AAA call when our car wouldnt start. They responded in less than 5 minutes at the scene even though we were in a safe area. Our tow guy, Rick, then diagnosed the problem AND started our car within 2 minutes! This was no ordinary problem either; it was an issue with the security systems in 2000-2003 grand am cars specifically, even though no security light was on. He saved us at least $100 diagnostic bill at the dealership! Excellent service!

Labor rates are competitive. They stand behind the work that they do and look for ways to make sure the customer is satisfied. We had a situation in which they perrforned a repair. We had an issue afterwards with that part of the car and it wasnt clear if it was because of their work or a pre-existing condition. Instead of denying any responsibility they worked with us to solve the problem at their expense our satisfaction. Thats when they earned my trust and my business.

Well, I most admit that I barely get pleased with the auto service. Am not lying but this is the firs time ever I am well beyond satisfied as a customer from the auto service. They did fabulous job at the most reasonable cost and time they took half the time other auto service claimed to perform that service. I loved everything. I will definitely recommend this place specially if you live around Troy. They even drop you home and pick after its fixed!! Thanks Dan!

Tonight I walked out of my shift at work and was immediately disheartened when I saw my faithful fog lights shining after 6 hours! My battery was totally dead, and I called triple A. Corbie (or Coby? Sorry, I have awful hearing!) came and helped me very quickly! He was very kind and made the experience a lot easier. Since this happened on employee appreciation day, I just want him to know hes appreciated!!
