Very polite service. When I dropped off my car for repairs, the man at the front desk even asked if I needed a ride home (Ive never heard that one). They identified the cause of a mysterious squeal coming from one of the tires- which turned out to be a rather serious safety concern- and they were able to fix it and get me back driving the same day they identified it. The only reason I give 4 stars is because when I initially turned it in at opening, they promised to look at it within 1.5 hours, but it wasnt for about 7 hours that they looked at it, because something came up at the shop that backed them up. Since it was a Friday and they were closed for a long weekend, I was stuck without a car until Monday. (This was partly my fault, but I wish the repair hadnt been postponed.)

Very polite and professional. Ive been coming here for years and they always do a great and NEVER have tried to overcharge or rip me off. That is something I had to deal with every other repair shop before I found Shelby auto repair three years ago. You pay for the parts and the work they put in. Honest and decent to a fault.

When I brought in my car, they took it for a test drive and explained what could be wrong, then checked the cars diagonistic codes to determine that a sensor was bad. Very nice shop. Highly recommended to me and I highly recommend.
