Ive been living in Royal Oak several years now. I have had many experiences with different auto repair shops in the area. After trying this new shop (Royal Oak Auto Care) I found that the customer service was great! The owners appeared to be very knowledgeable, honest and after getting quotes from 2 other repair shops I found their prices to be more than reasonable. The shop was also offering free brake and A.C inspections among other things.They also specialize in Domestic,European and Asian vehicles. The place has a large waiting area with a large flat screen T.V. They offer coffee, pop and water as a courtesy to their customers. The restrooms were surprisingly spotless. I would recommend this repair facility to everyone I know. This is a good repair shop!!

I first brought my car to Royal Oak Auto Care almost a year ago, when I noticed all the great reviews on Google and hoped they were true. They are! At that time, a local dealership was going to charge me for repair work that, as it turned out, I didnt even need. The mechanics at Royal Oak Auto Care told me exactly what should be fixed, and they did it for a reasonable price. Ive been taking my car there ever since. I was especially impressed when I brought my car in about another problem, and they stayed after hours to finish working on it so that it would completed that same day. And, in addition to that, they cleaned my headlights for free! I feel lucky to have found them.

Ive been going to Royal Oak Auto Care since right around when they opened about 5 years ago. They are very transparent, upfront about everything, and do solid work. If something isnt fixed the first time, theyll tell you to bring it back and theyll work on it until they get it right (but without all the typical add-ons and extra labor charges). Addel is usually in the front and gives great service and sounds like hes been around the block for a while in terms of automotive service. I would recommend this place to anyone. The quality of their work speaks for itself, since anytime I need service they are always slammed. Im definitely not their only repeat customer.

Unparalleled service. They have taken care of both my Volvos as well as my Jaguar. They go out of their way to explain, in detail, what is going on with your vehicle and offer all options for repair. Over time our Volvo XC60 has developed multiple issues for which we were quoted outrageous prices at the dealership to repair. The same issues were fixed at ROAC for a fraction of the cost. These guys are faster and more friendly to work with as well. Adel is an upfront nice guy who gives his shop a comfortable neighborhood feeling. You will want to come back. I cant recommend their business enough.

Ive taken both my wifes and my car here many times over the last few years (they were on Woodward before) - and honestly cant think of any negative experience. No car shop always does everything perfect but these guys try to make sure youre as happy as can be. They re always willing to work with you and never had the belief they were trying to sell me things I didnt need. Honesty to me is more important than anything. Hopefully theyll continue to do well in their new location.

Royal Oak Auto Care mechanics are the most trustworthy and competent in the area. Adel is the owner, and what sets him apart is his level of integrity. He is one of the most honest and generous merchants I have ever dealt with. He will dog a problem until it is fixed - never satisfied with a shoddy job. Their rates are reasonable and the service is very quick. I would never go anywhere else to have my car taken care of. I feel proud to know them.

I moved to Royal Oak 2 years ago and I was very apprehensive about getting someone to repair my car. Im not that savvy with auto repaired and Ive had a couple of experiences dealing with some very dishonest mechanics. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 years and Royal Oak Auto Care has earned my trust. They do great work and seem genuinely more interested in developing a lasting relationship with their customers. I highly recommend them.

I was very nervous to try a new auto shop since moving to Royal Oak. I saw they had excellent reviews on Google and decided to try them. Im very happy with the decision and the service I received. They were honest and straight-forward with the issue, and the fix was inexpensive. I also dropped my car off Friday night after hours, and it was ready Saturday afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this auto shop.

Royal oak auto care did a great job on my 2004 VW Passat. VWs are amazing, except when you need them serviced. I was expecting to pay a lot to get the repairs done...this was not the case! They are honest and did the work quickly. I would recommend them, especially if you have an import. I will be returning the next time I need work done on my car!

I was in a real bind when my truck broke down at work miles from home and the repair shop I usually use. These guys got my truck fixed up fast and for a fair price. Staff was very friendly, even popped the hood and showed me the parts that were replaced. I definitely kept their number, its hard to find an honest auto repair shop like this!!

Recently moved to royal oak and was quoted 550 for a wheel hub repair at other places, but Rotal Oak Auto was far more reasonable. The reviews seen here on Google are so right. Theyre very friendly, helpful, and fast. Ill be returning here for any future repairs
