I have been to this parts yard over and over again over several years. They are the most clean, professional and organized used part lot I have ever done business with. I have had to exchange a part under warranty and was helped immediatly and without issue. In the past, if they didnt have a part, they were able to find it for me. Overall I would say that they have gone over and above in the customer service department.

Purchased a engine wiring harness. Harness that arrived was completely unusable. Called and rep at Holbrook told me they didnt sell wiring harness parts and that this was a mistake. She advised to return and they would refund in full. A full month later after they had received the unit and still no refund. Called twice and spoke with Jessica and she said she would refund the cost but still hasnt.

I went in there to buy a part because I had just bought a battery across the street. I waited in line 15 min to be waited on with on 2 ppl behind the counter an both were waiting on on person.... The same person. I left an went to OReilly. I was in an out in 2 min with the part I needed.

My husband was in a real bind and needed 2 tires. One tire was completely shredded and the other had a gouge in the side. When he got there they were closed but when my husband showed them the tires they said ok well hook you up!! Life savors!! Not too often you get service like that!

Customer service skills sucks rocks, needs to be improved and be more computer literate it takes them too long to look up parts on the system. Just because Im getting a deal on parts doesnt mean that customer service skills should get shanked in the throat!
