This is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. They do not communicate with customers at all. Whenever I went up there to pick up the car I bought they told me it wasnt "ready." When my car didnt work he actually lied to me about what was wrong with it and I had to ask the employee who fixed it to tell me the truth. They had to rewire the head lights and apparently did it wrong because now they dont work but I refuse to go back. Id rather pay money to another company to do it correctly. I tried to report them to the BBB but they are not there! They lost the keys to my car so they had a pair made and it only fits the driver side door. I cannot open my passenger door with the key and have no access to my truck because of the unprofessional Key Shop they use (Stans Lock & Key Clinic). There are still things wrong with the car but I will go elsewhere because I have absolutely no trust in them. I was recommended to this shop by a friend who has never had a problem. They had been dating for years. Youd think a business owner would treat referrals well...youd think.

Metro Customer & Repairs offered free wifi with a beverage while u wait and the secretary at the front desk makes you feel right at home while you wait! The mechanics took the time to explain everything that was done they even showed me my old parts! Also gave me some suggestion on what should be done next. As a single Mom I REALLY appericate coming to a repair shop that was not trying to rip me off and help me save money. #Customer for LIFE!!!

This sorry company is so pitiful. They dont have any type of communication with their customers at all. They held on to my money for a whole month and I still didnt have a car
