This place really did me wrong. I took my car there because there was grinding and pulsating with my brakes when I came to a stop. I took my car there on a Friday and when they said it was finished, I came to pick it up. They were still working on it trying to get the ABS light to go off on the dash. When he said he needed to keep it another night, I was told that if it was the wiring on the light, they wouldnt make an extra charge. When I got there the next day, they tried to charge me an extra $65. I told them that the other gentleman said it would be free if it was the wires so he said "I worked a long time on this so I will only charge you $30, making the total $344. for the bearings, oil change and ABS light. My son went directly to work with it and when he got home that night, he said Mom, its still doing it if not worst. My husband called them up that Monday and they told him that they are not going to do anything else with it unless we pay for the additional work. They said that we didnt say anything was wrong with the brakes (even though thats why it was there in the first place), they would charge us for that also. This place is terrible and I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to go there. I took it to Bell Tire, they drove it and immediately told me what the problem was. Needless to say, I am going to dispute this with my credit card company, (probably go to small claims) and report them to the BBB, because they wouldnt even try to remedy the problem.

Ive gone here for years with different vehicles. Honestly glad to know I have a good mechanic I know I can trust. Im shocked to read a negative review because I"ve really had quite the opposite experience. The owner could have ripped me off this last time I went in for my breaks but he didnt. I say that because when he called to give me the estimate he said something else MIGHT need to be replaced but he wasnt sure until he got into the job to see. Then he called back and said the part he was concerned about was ok and did not require a change. He never pressures you to get work done. And the bill has always come in lower than I expected. I really like this place. Id recommend to anyone.

I brought my car in, I had lost three studs on one wheel. As I drove down Fort St., looking for a place to repair my ca,r I picked up studs and nuts. I pulled into Good Care and they took me right in. Since my Sebring did not provide the necessary access they had to remove the hub assembly. All in all the service was good, the price was discounted to a $100.00 from $120.00. I was grateful to be safely on my way again within a couple of hours. The Advanced Auto parts had given me the wrong studs but delivered the new ones to the shop when it was discovered. They kept me apprised of everything that was going on. No shocks no scares.

This place as absolutely amazing. Professional and friendly. Efficient and detailed. They are willing to work around any schedule. I walked in last minute before work on a Saturday for what I thought was a back brakes and then found out it was the bearing. They took me in the shop, showed and explained how it was bad. I wanted to get it fixed ASAP and they had no problem getting me in and out before work and they were busy. I then turned around and went in Monday shortly before close for a oil change and they were more that welcome to have me. One of the best shops I have been to in the past 20+ yrs.

I have been going to Good Care Auto Repair for a long time now, probably close to 5+ years between 4 vehicles (2 of which were not mine). Every single time I go in to this place, I get an accurate quote and fast repair times. Prices are reasonable to cheap compared to other places, and I dont think I could ever bring myself to go anywhere else. I recommend this place to all my friends, and have even convinced a stubborn old man that this is the best repair shop in the downriver area. If youre planning on getting work done on your car, this is the place you want it done.

If I could give these guys a negative five, I would. We took the car in Friday. They said itd be done Monday morning. They call Monday morning, they said itd be Monday afternoon. Then they said 6 pm for sure. Come in at 6 pm, now it wont be done until "sometime tomorrow." Asked them why they didnt know, guy said "we cant give predictions." These people are beyond incompetent. Not even a courtesy call. I wasted a whole day and now have to reschedule a second day because they cant do their job right. NEVER USE THIS PLACE.

I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. The people rip you off. Went in to replace my muffler, was told it wouldnt be more than 200 dollars. They did not even replace the muffler, just a connecting pipe and charged me what they would have for the entire muffler. They gave me a list of things that needed to be fixed, but half of them were completely made up (I had the list check by other mechanics). This guy just wants to scam you for more money. Unethical place of business. Never returning.

Never take you car there. They do guess work, and you end up changing many parts that are ok to begin with. I had to take my car twice with in couple of days for the exact same issue, and they still charged me twice for labor. They replaced the fuel pump and charged me $676, but the car was still stalling as before, then they replaced my fuel module, and charged me twice for labor.
