Just waited in line for 15 minutes with about 5 other people and there were only two people at the desk. As more of us came in and a couple left out of frustration they didnt even look up to acknowledge the line. They were talking to each other about a passport issue one of the guys who had just left was having and just ignoring everyone in line. I just wanted them to acknowledge the wait and give a reason. Bad customer service.

Each time I go Im impressed by the staff at this post office. Truly nice people who care about your mail. I even had one staff member offer to drive my mail to my apartment after hours since my lock was getting replaced on my mailbox and the carrier hadnt made it back in time to drop it off before closing. I wish more people could be as nice as the people in this post office!

The black lady that works Saturday mornings is so rude. She wanted me to buy a $7 roll of tape because I needed 2 pieces to tape my lable. The Tecumseh post office, no question asked they just grab tape and they even tape if for me. I dont know if you need to wake up and smell the coffee but us citizens are paying your salary sweet heart.

Ive shipped lots of stuff threw this store and they seam to lose 95% of it and I never get notified if I have soothing there till a month and a half later just goes to show you how crappy the goverment work but if you really wanna see go to the secretary of state theyll show you how to do a crappy job at work!!!!!

I sent a small package from Saline on Monday. Exactly the same package I sent on Tuesday from Waterford. Waterford package was derived in 3 days. Saline package was delivered in 9 days!! And tracking number says that it was kept in Saline post office for 3 days! Unbelievable!!!

Unfriendly staff! Its not the customers fault they dont like their job. Waited half hr just to hear her complain about having to look for my package in the back, which she was unable to find. Literally watched her sit there and not even look!!! UPS is the way to go!

Horrible, Spoke with a Dominique, very unprofessional, did not know her job, couldnt answer why my package was not delivered, refused to let me speak to the postmaster, and repeatedly raised her voice. No wonder why no one wants to deal with the USPS anymore.

Very unprofessional staff. Unable to communicate clearly with the customer. Packages are often not delivered because "no access to front door" even though UPS delivers just fine on the same day. Even when it does come, it shows up late.

Best post office ever! They are very kind and helpful. Ive never had a problem in over 10 years. The cost of shipping a package is considerably lower than UPS or FEDEX and they deliver in record time. I love the USPS!

Almost all of my packages have came in late, and our mail lady has sent our mail to our neighbors, while they got ours....Plus the package tracking is never correct. If I cant trust the tracking... can I trust them?

I lived in Saline for years now , and last 4 years it has been horrible going to Saline office , they are so slow its incredible. ..they can talk your ear of but they cant do there job fast...BAD
